not even to feed your gourmand pet? :P I might see if I can finish sewing that bear today, as then I can label it so I know which interfacing I used - the second one will be made with medium weight interfacing, then I can see if that makes a difference ;) I took your advice from before and increased the seam allowance, then cut the pieces out with pinking shears to make sure they can't fray.... I cut the interfacing with regular scissors so I had an accurate line to work off when it came to sewing ;)

You need to join their forum group - most of their stuff gets released in (very!) limited numbers on the forum thread, before it actually is live on the site.

laughs Kosmo won't let me be too much of a cheapskate in feeding him - he wants all the achievements :P I certainly will :D At the moment, the bear is stuffed but still has the openings unstitched (and none of the parts are attached either :P), so I need to decide if he'll have a jointed head, or how I'm going to attach that.... the legs & arms are going to be thread jointed with a button on the outside ;)

I finished the first Christmas bear today - this is fabric I was sent for product testing, so they asked me to make something Christmassy from it.... I turned my back for three seconds, and the bear had already pinched the tv remote and made himself comfortable :P

I've got another bear the same size to make (but with stiffer interfacing so the fabric will seem firmer), and if I've got enough left over, I might make a smaller bear as well ;) I like to use as much of the fabric as I possibly can, although a smaller bear could be a nightmare to try sewing, as the pieces would be quite tiny :P

Mum's already planning photo ideas, seeing as I need to do some for a blog post about the fabric - apparently the bear will be writing his Christmas cards, hanging his advent calendar, and maybe setting up his tree (or at least getting the lights figured out) .... the lights and tree shouldn't be too hard to do, as mine are stored at the front of the cupboard laughs
