All is good here. Where are you at the moment?

I'm well thanks. Just doing some drywall.I just cut up the old carpet to make the pieces easier to throw outside.After i have this room painted i'll put in the new carpet. Oh and i am in Canada for another 2 months. :)

, My condolences to you for the loss of your dear pet Rosie. : You are a very busy human! How do you do it all?? : I'll play! Are there going to be cookies? Do we have to do stunts? Is singing involved? Will I have to write a poem or eat a slug or chase a chicken or dig a hole or look at a spider or put gloves on a snake? Are we required at any time to be naked? I'm pretty good at nakkedidity, being little and fuzzy and ending with a tail and all....

I'm still alive, I'm still dealing with some family issues, but they are slowly resolving. Let it be said that the goal is for everybody to be warm, fed, dry, and safe, and that those goals have been addressed and accomplished.

I'm preparing for Inktober, the 31 day goal of drawing something each day in ink. I am a pencil artist, I love pencils...but I'm not too good with drawing with a ink pen. Last year, I took up the Inktober challenge and managed to just get bye with 31 rather lame drawings. This year, I've planned out a theme, conceptualized my subject matter, checked out the drawing prompts and even made some preliminary pencil sketches of what I want on my ink drawings. I also plan to post my drawings here everyday as an incentive to follow through on my goal.

After Inktober....well, there will be NaNoWriMo! Year 12 for me. I will again take up the challenge of attempting to write 50,000 words of a novel during the 30 days of November.

After all that...what's next? Weldon and I are going to take up the Bake the Pies Of The States Challenge! ( it's not really a thing yet as far as we can tell, We're just making it up as we go...) We are going to try to bake one pie a week for 52 weeks, baking the state pie for each of the 50 states, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands! Weldon has promised me that I will not fail ( I am deathly afraid of kitchens....) and he has promised me that after a year, I will be cured of my deathly fear. We start the BPOTS Challenge in January! ( I am already sweating and crying... I can't breathe! ) LOL.

It was windy today!! The umbrella for our little table on our back porch blew away and ended up in the grape arbor of Healer's Hall vinyard. I had to get the Master Vine Dresser and his crew to retrieve it and it was pretty well shredded after being snagged on branches. I will have the tent makers in the village make me a new one. The Master Vine Dresser was not pleased with me at all, those grapes in that particular arbor are old world, old vine zinfandel grapes that he lets mature until the very last moment before the rains come. The wines that Poppy Wheezle makes from those grapes is the richest and most prized wines in our community. If it weren't for the fact that Poppy is my uncle and that I also happen to be Master Healer of Healer's Hall and his boss. ( and the Queen,) I may have been the subject of a spanking right then and there. I certainly got a lecture. It's what you get as the small one of your community and your vineyardist is a badger.

Enough about life in the foothills, where all the females are cute and strong, all the males are fuzzy and all the children will bite your ankles. I'll continue to try to stay connected.

No i'm stuck in Canada.I'm just waiting for my wife to send the visa for me to get back there.Wow ,i've been here since the end of January.Time has gone by really slowly.I will bring her back to Canada but not til next year.Need to save a bit of money til then.How are things going here?

I have traveled to NY to visit my son then on a 4 day trip to Toronto with my daughter. The plane trips were a little hard but I loved it when arrived. Had a great time both places! My daughter was suppose to visit this month but had to cancel sadly but have been busy just around the house. A shame you have to wait so long in Canada... when do you think the visa's will arrive?

Count me in for the music game.
