that must be such a relief!! I remember getting my braces off years ago, I absolutely hated having them!! I bet your teeth look SO nice now though :D :P

i know what you mean about subeta unwinding us..i know it is a place to look for our entertainment ie ...quests.. interaction with friends... and just plain fun hopping around here!!

Don't neglect the retainers if they say you need 'em.
I had braces for a few years in high school. After getting them off I ended up slowly not using the retainers and then stopped. My teeth haven't gotten as bad as they used to be, but there is a noticeable overlap on a couple front teeth again. -_-" sigh (though that might be due to still having wisdom teeth..) Anyway, point is, Listen to your dentist/orthodontist!

Haven't made an update in a while so I just wanted to check in and let everyone know I'm still alive. Not doing terribly well but alive. Been in and out of hospital over the last couple of months. Autoimmune disorder flared up worse than ever before so been in tremendous amounts of pain and tired all the time and then I developed pleurisy on top of that somehow so there's fluid and inflammation around my lungs. Can't work my summer job. Can barely work my day job. Don't have enough energy to get anything made for my home business. Struggling to keep my bills paid. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Since I had to completely overhaul my team of doctors thanks to insurance changes, we're working on getting me in with some new specialists and then begins the process of getting me legally recognized as disabled.

I'd really appreciate any thoughts, prayers, general good vibes anyone could send my way. My poor dog hasn't even gone through any of his support and service training yet and he's already been thrown right into the thick of it.

, praying for you. Our healthcare/insurance just sucks... terrible how they treat people.

Right pay all that money for health insurance and have to pay huge deductibles just to be told your health insurance doesn’t cover something. Believe it’s not just not well known health insurance that operate like that either, big well known companies are ripping people off too.

my son has one of the better supposedly in US and it’s in ways no better than the cheaper ones.

, health insurance companies are a total ripoff. also hospital costs are way overpriced. You notice that if you compare prices or if insurance company sets a limit that the hospital can not go over..... either way they are both a racket and the patient gets ripped off.
