BHH Finally gave me something

from those that know where I live, there was a mass shooting in my city. My family and I are safe, and were at home when it happened.

thankfully I don’t use that Walmart. But Before foot surgery in March I went to that mall to do my walking. Still can’t walk long distances, so grateful for that right now. For a city,?its family oriented community like a small town

I had a frantic moment my son went to a friend’s place. Just moments after he left we hear the news. They didn’t have plans to be there at the shooting site, but you never know. But they stuck to day of playing the Switch gaming system. Praise God! Then I call my other 2 sons both out if state. Then called friends held my breath until I called each one. Praise God everyone is okay! But so sad for the victims, and the killer did it for racist reasons. So I am angry, because now people will look at my skin and think I might be racist to just, because I am white. I am a minority in my area. Now I have to work harder to show it’s just not so.

: My author's in-laws have both been placed in palliative care and moved into a long-term facility where they can get the total care they so desperately have needed. Keep them all in your prayers as they continue in this transition. I will try to keep you all updated, but I am away a lot, giving my emotional support for the ones I love and I do not often get around to visiting on Subeta these days. I love you all and I thank you all for your support. You are some of the loveliest humans I know, don't ever forget that.

Finally got my braces out after what it seemed like forever! Am now wearing retainers

I am happy for you. Cast on arm for 6 weeks was bad. Bless your heart! I know you had your braces longer.

Woohoo! Does your mouth feel more comfortable now? I’ve never had to have braces thankfully, as my teeth are naturally pretty straight, but I might get some at some point just to straighten my two front ones (those are the only two that are crooked and they slightly overlap - it annoys me in pictures).
