healthcare both hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and doctors benefit off the backs of sick people and do it with no guilt. All of who better hope, karma doesn’t take advantage of them when they get sick and need the whole healthcare system take care of them. The shoe will be on the other foot.
Sending prayers! Glad to see you here and giving us the low-down on your situation
Hi I havent seen you in a few days, I assume RL has got you busy.
HI Bears RL has you all busy I hope you enjoying the last days of summer. For me, I am excitedly waiting for cold weather, temperatures over a 100 degrees is no joke and miserable. But the bright side, making my limes grow wonderfully and they grow more when we get a good rain. My hand is recovering good from surgery, alot of occupational therapy at the hospital, and doing therapy at home. Oh I was told that the Chinese baoding medicine balls are great for arthritis, so I ordered a pair off of amazon. I have been using them in therapy, but in general good for those that have issues with arthritis like I do in both hands.
Thanks but I need to slow down, I have over done it with my hands last 2 days. So plan to relax be here, read books and watch movies for the next couple of days. Right hand with the surgery started feeling real good, and I got to excited. So slowly down letting my hand dictate behavior.
Yeah, I've been really busy. Trying to apply for colleges, scholarships, doing concurrent enrollment and all kinds of other things has my schedule booked! I try to come on to do Wizard quests every day, but even that doesn't happen sometimes.
Glad to hear your hand is healing and you're taking it slow. Hopefully your hand will be feeling much better in no time :)
so what is your field of study? My older son did mechanical engineering, my middle business management and youngest interventional radiology. So I know how busy you have to be. Glad you check in once in awhile.
I'm not sure what I will be studying yet. I'm considering music (specifically music education), education, or theology.
Wow nice fields of choice. Choose what your most passionate about and interested in.
Wow : I like your choices! Too bad you couldn't choose all three!
Hi how is everyone doing? I just got back home.I had documents to get legalized for my trip back home.(new home) :)
Hi well what happen with your surgery? I am still do therapy on right hand, and wanting so bad to get left hand done sooner. Its painful, but I need my right hand to be healed more. Its getting there with all the occupational therapy at the hospital, and doing therapy at home. So trying not to over do it, but simple tasks can be over doing it.
Hi. Just before i left for Ottawa i asked for a cortisone shot.It worked pretty good.My arm isn't numb and my fingers are back to normal.I still feel a little around the elbow but it is wayyy better than it was.I can sleep now.
I had cortisone shots in my thumb joints, it worked for a while. Do spread the time frame getting them they will last longer. I wished I had, but honestly my hands were going to need surgery sooner than later.
Hope that your therapy is coming along well.I know it takes a while to get things back in good shape.I was on my last nerves already when i asked for the shot. And i'm lucky it worked. It is ok for the time being.I still may need to have surgery.I don't know.I hope not.
Therapy is helping, but I need to keep doing therapy daily at home, it will take time. But compared to where my hand was after surgery its come a long way. I am at my last nerve with my left hand, but have no choice but to keep going. I see hand surgeon in September, and will see what she recommends. Meanwhile using the therapy on both hands, and sleeping with braces on both hands. Even using Chinese medicine baoding balls for hand therapy at home, recommended by therapist and helps with arthritis in hands.
Well baby it, and slowed down hours of physical labor.
Yes i'm taking it easy on this shoulder too.I don't want to push too hard.Glad to hear that you will have the other done shortly.I'm also needing a couple fillings so i'll wait til i get home.
