I restocked a lot and am unsure if or how many items I have lost. Not sure if I need to file a ticket for that?

I'll just keep watching this thread and see what's decided. I've been restocking like crazy lately and just pushing through the lag/errors, as well as quick stocking and just forcing my way through those errors, too. If there's a solution identified to figure out if any and how many items were lost, then I'll go take a look. If not.. well.. I guess I shouldn't be too concerned, since I didn't exactly notice until it was pointed out for me, huh? :P

I also got errors while quickstocking--because of the quest-a-thon I've been vending as well, and now I'm a little worried about what items I'm missing. I spot-checked between my shop inventory and my inventory before refreshing my inventory page, and it SEEMED like everything was going smoothly--but there's no way I can check for hundreds of items. So, I've got no clue what I could even be missing.

I feel your pay for your shop. It takes me forever to load in items from the vault and I was get that 504 error message. The items that I move are in shop and other items from the vault that I never selected to be moved into my shop. I go through my shop and remove the items I never moved into my shop, but I'm very afraid that I have still lost some items.

Oh wow, did not realize items might have disappeared during the errors restocking. Just assumed they got restocked when they disappeared and never thought to check. I've been restocking a ton as well. No way for me to know if I lost anything now. Ah well. Still doing okay with the quests so it's all good as long as the fix works and it continues to get fixed if any more problems crop up.

I have no idea of what I may have lost during the errors. The only thing that I found wonky was when I was moving books, in multiples, from my vault to my shop. Only 1 would show up in the shop, but I just assumed the others just never got moved because of the errors. I'll never know. :P

IDK aboiut you but I was wondering why my shop stock was constantly so low but my shop till was not reflecting the "purchases". This is really frustrating!

Yeah, that's what I was thinking! But I also knew it was the Quest-A-Thon, so I thought maybe it was just stuff being bought that quickly at first. And then stock kept staying below 900 and I was like "I haven't autopriced what has to be 500+ items now wtf"

Yeah, I know that it is indeed taking things because I was removing superrares from my shop this morning to frag, I was in the process of removing 75 and they poofed when the page errored out. It now says that I have 6 on my account. I don't really particularly care about the tainted matter, it's cheap, but what else went missing? I moved a ton of superrares to my Shop to sell for the quest-a-thon and got a ton of errors.

This calendar year has brought more than one "you may or may not have (but likely did) lose stuff and we don't even know what sobad sosad" moments. What.

can you do what you did with the wardrobe items where you click and get the items back?

I have been having errors every night while restocking since the quest-a-thon but also have no idea if I lost anything. I have so much in my shop and just figured if the numbers didn't add up that it was because I stocked a duplicate of items I had in there already. Yikes :-/ I would have no idea if I lost anything and if so, what. Thanks for the update.

Do we have to just wait for another update then for those of us that don't know what items we may not may not have lost and what will be done about it? I can't even remember how many error pages have happened, tbh. Or should we file a ticket anyway, basically stating we don't know what we've lost or when so that if it can be looked into, it will be? This seems like a huge amount of work for the staff though so not sure it's a practical solution for every user.

I don't mind waiting for another update, just need to know what to do before real life gets busy again for me.

Are you aware of the problems saving HAs/outfits in wardrobe? I haven't been able to change my HA or save an outfit for weeks because it just doesn't do it. It pretends to but when I check back it didn't work.

I too have been having issues with the 504 errors. A number number of times when doing I a quest I have been asked to get a certain item that I knew I had added recently addded and know I had not sold and had to buy a replacment.

I've been restocking through the 5XX errors and I'm not sure I've lost items? I kept looking at my shop count thinking it looked low for the items I was restocking, but there's unfortunately no way for me to figure that out :( I appreciate you guys keeping us updated on the issue though.
