I kept getting those 504 errors on my computer long time ago, and now I am getting those 504 errors on my IPad, and it keeps saying that it comes back to Subeta when I look at it, but it only comes when I am doing my quests.

How would we know to file a ticket for lost items though? I don't track items I receive from questing or restocking. I just move them from my inventory to my shop at random times. I've had some 504 errors and may well have lost dozens of items if they're going whenever that happens. But I QS and then autoprice once I've had enough for the day, so wouldn't actually know because I don't track the items. 🤷‍♀️

Same as those before me.. I don't keep track of each item from questing. I was getting errors any time I tried to QS, even only 15 items or so. I'm glad I throw big-ticket items individually to another shop.. if anything got deleted it would've been <100k value. Anywho, I have been getting that error all day, so definitely not resolved.

And quickstocking has been painfully slow for ages! I mean, it's not that we just say "quckstock to our shop" and leave for anything else to do. We need to spend even more useless time here, because we have to quickstock up to 6 of those embarassing new shops one after the other - and wait for each to finish first.

Oh.. I didn't know items were being eating.. That sucks cause that means I have no chance in heck to know what items of mine might have been poofed away.. which means I doubt i'll be compensated for anything lost since I wouldn't have the ability to file a ticket about missing items.. So what does that mean for me? I guess I'm just SOL in this case.. I just assumed all my items from quests were going into my shop to be priced and therefore sold.. Now knowing that I could be missing any number of SP worth of items due to these issues is rather frustrating for me...

I always get a 50crap error when I quickstock. I have to do about 25 items at a time, but not more then 25.

I got a timeout QSing my shop this morning. That said, I do not believe I actually lost any items.

The quick stock function is a pain. Constant errors. I would have no idea on any items that have disappeared I'm too focused on questing right now. Then quickstock slows me down. 25 items at a time seems to be the magic number after numerous tries.

I knew there were problems. I kept questing and trying. I didn't even dream of trying to see what went missing when I was attempting to restock my shop and kept getting errors. I can't imagine the your frustration but, I know it will get better. Thank You!

I got the 504 multiple times trying to move items from inventory to vault/shop/whatever.

I've no idea what was (if anything) was missed/deleted. keeping track of items isn't something I tend to do; especially when there's a questing event.

at this point, i'm enjoying the site too much to care about missing pixels (disappointment can be dealt with later)

Oh, fucking hell. I do the same thing. Between this and all my resort pets being at 0/10 hunger for weeks, I'm regretting buying a subscription.

I've also been having trouble quick stocking. I was trying to QS once at the end of all my quests for the day. Now I'm only QS after each place I quest from. Looked for one item specifically and couldn't find it. So there is no telling what is getting lost.

I don't know if I lost items and at this point, I really don't care. These errors are constant. They're never resolved.

I refuse to spend money on this site. I'd really like CSC, but with the way things have been going for years, I refuse to even give $5. I won't even get a subscription. Until they can figure things out, then they'll get my money. I'm pretty much on hiatus anyway. I can't stand this site now.

I got a 504 while quickstocking 5 minutes ago.

I am getting the 504 errors also after trying to move them to my shop (quick stocking). I have noticed the last several nights that I am losing items. Like 50 or more each night. After I use 350 tokens plus what ever I have gotten from all the quests. I dont know what items I am losing just I check to see what my total items should be in my shop and then try to put them in and losing a bunch. I have been doing my quests and tokens every night since the questathon started. And I have been receiving these errors every night.......8 x 50 is at least 400 items I have lost.

So we have to stock one at a time so we don't loose anything?

I'm getting intermittent 50x errors when loading pages, and consistent ones in the P2P on user comments (doesn't matter if we've had exactly one comment each to each other left in the system, it just will not load), half the time trying to load the main forums page or any of the topics is also a 50x error. This is happening right now, not just over the weekend.

Wait! Are we losing our tokens that we got from wizard quests and Oracle quests too?
