Hi, is anyone having any 502 errors ? I cannot send or accept friend requests, either from my sidebar or on the persons profile page. Dashboard wont load, also a 502 error. If I just click the friends tab, it also 502's

I am using windows 10 and Opera browser...also tried it on chrome and Edge, same thing. Used my CC cleaner, cleared browsing data and cookies/cache. This started a couple of days ago.

UPDATE 4-17 I also cannot access the above areas from my tablet, which is an amazon fire. I wouldnt be too concerned with getting this fixed right away, but I have a pending friend request. They are being understanding, but some help would be appreciated when you get the time :)

Error Code: 500 (Internal Server Error nginx) Page: Pet preview & update description pages Time: 3:26pm EST April 18th, 2021 How Long: About 15 minutes, and many refreshes.

Also been having this problem since about then as well. Earlier I somehow got it to work, but now it is just constant 500 errors every time I try to update or preview (been trying for about 30 minutes). Will keep trying off/on and update this post if I ever get it to actually update.

UPDATE (10:28pm) - luckily I didn't have to try for much longer! The edit finally went through.

UPDATE (12:02am) - trying to preview/edit again. let's see how long it takes of on/off attempts before it works.

I get the ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR when putting something in my vault, when setting the alert at the Mallarchy Pond and at some other places. It only seems to happen on my laptop. It started yesterday morning local time (about 3 to 4 a.m.-ish Subeta Time, as Andraste posted, I think), but then seemed to subside until now.

At times the page would stay at the ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR, and then at times it would refresh, only give access to Subeta. In the case of putting an item into the vault, I would get the error, then after a couple of seconds, the page would refresh and I would get the message that I don't own that item.

It now seems to be working fine after a few minutes.

EDIT: It's happened again when I clicked "set alert" at Mallarchy Pond. It gave the ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR and stayed there for quite some time. When I came back in more than 10 minutes (I think), the site was refreshed and I could pick another mallarchy. BUT I got SIX notifications for the Mallarchy Pond.

EDIT 2: The errors also seems to appear when I try to enter a battle. It would direct me to the ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR page. I would then have to refresh and it would redirect me to the "You're already in battle" page.

EDIT 3: The error seems to pop up at random places. It appeared when moving things into the vault, when setting the game alerts, it now happens when setting the pet training alerts and sometimes even when I clicked on the training or Mallarchy Pond or Random notifications. It sometimes appears, sometimes not.

when trying to preview my pet page, happened a few times in a row but I finally got it to load

The page loads normally if I click on Edit Description from here: https://subeta.net/pet.php?petid=3130436 Then I try to hit "Update Description" after editing, I get this error. Hard refreshing gives the same error and after navigating to the page again, the pet page hasn't changed.

I see others are having the same issue but others have reported it working again, and I want to add that it's still happening.

4. How long the error lasted: Ongoing, I've waited and refreshed over hours and it's stuck on a 502. I also cleared cookies and such but no change yet

ever since the event there has been bad lag. especially today with buying items and now while i'm doing my quests. can a moderator please comment and tell us what's going on?
