so sorry to hear about your computer. It sounds like your hard drive died. That happened to me last January. It sucked big time. Good Luck in fixing/finding a new one. Hubs always recommends a refurbished one if you can do it. They tend to be cheaper.

Thanks Hun hugs I don't even know where to get a good computer (that I can afford). It is such a pain! I just wish I knew why it would die so suddenly like that! No warning or anything.

That's exactly how a hard drive dies, at least in my experience. I just happened to catch mine in mid death. When my computer was dying, my husband was able to save some pictures on an external hard drive before it went completely kaput. I can ask him about some websites that may help in your search. He's a computer programmer and usually will build his own computer when his starts to get too old.

Well that stinks :( tech is supposed to be so advanced but it can't tell us when it is going to go pfffffft on us. Hopefully in the next 2 months I will get a new one! hopefully

I feel your pain. I have to rely on other people to help me. I WANT a great computer, but I NEED one I can afford! The joys of having to be cheap lol. I figured by now so many people would have switched to laptops that desktop comps would be a lot cheaper.

Yeah, I personally have a laptop. I love it.

I'm old :( I don't think I could get used to a laptop. I have tried using one before and it just didn't feel right. It is a lot easier for me to use a desktop.

I am deff not. That is why I just want a regular comp. A lot easier for me :) It would be good if I was a traveler and needed a laptop to take with me. The only place we ever really go is Frankenmuth, and when we are there I like to get out and do things and not be on the comp, It is my vaca from tech lol.

I would love to go

I am hoping to go at the end of spring. I don't want to freeze, and I am hoping the boat will be running. We always try to go on the boat at least once per trip. Except of course for when we go at Thanksgiving. I love sitting on top and throwing popcorn to the ducks. They are so cute, There is a goose that shows up every year and gets adopted by a different duck family every year. It is the sweetest! You always see him walking around with his duck family!

That is so cute! Nice of the ducks to adopt Mr. Goose. :)

Yeah it really is sweet :) I am so hungry, but it is not dinner time yet. I swear I am still not used to the time change. It always feels later to me.
