Eric has talked about getting a cat, but that was before we got pregnant. It may be awhile before getting another pet. Probably when our boy gets a bit older, toddler age maybe.

Since approval last week I feel i have been in a stand still. Still getting over that it may be real and happening. I am waiting for something bad to happen tho. Paperwork not properly there or some crap. Tomorrow will be nice meeting with realtor to ask questions and move forward. Hoping in one more week I may be saying "That is the one to move forward with...LETS do THIS!"

Yeah, waiting for the meeting is probably fairly stressful. I hope they can assuage your worries tomorrow and you can start going to look at the properties in person. And who knows, they may even have some for you that aren't listed on websites too!

Oh I know I fell into some Olde English, mixed it with slang from cheat sheet and used some accents from the World of Time series book... Kinda figured being pirates they'd steal a lot of their way of talk from multiple sources... Was waiting for or to be like.. "Hey, that accent reads a bit familar.."

ugh subeta being dummy. I accidentally saved it with the hat infront and immediately changed it. That was hours ago and it STILL shows up on the forums wrong. But it's right in wardrobe. We had two places fall through (not our fault), and it was really discouraging and frustrating. But it will happen! Be sure to know that if you don't click with the first realtor and don't think they're working in your best interest, pick someone else! We had to do that too. But yeah, party time once you get that house!! Poor kitties will not be happy.
