"Well I'm failing divination, me inner eye is blind and all," he said with a chuckle. Then he outright snorted, "In your dreams. I shall crush you, it has been foretold."

"I don't know who you are consulting your future with but you should know better than to go against me. Hopefully we end up in the same team. I don't want to crush you in front of everyone." Gaia cackled and then couldn't stop herself from laughing. "I can help you with Divination. We can work together in the Common Room or library." Gaia looked around "I guess I should sign the waiver..."

Magnus laughed, "It was meself, so it could be flawed." He smirked, "if we are on teams even. Either way its all in good fun. Don't worry its really just saying you aren't gonna sue the school if you die..."

Merlin smiled. "I'm not upset with you, only with the sport." He giggled.

Merlin waved to and smiled after Magnus comment about the waiver form.

Seeing everyone getting excited about the workshop didn't really rub on Merlin, he was still a bit grumpy about flying with brooms but kept telling himself he had to improve in order not to make a fool of himself in the next class. But since he knew how to fly, and did it ok he didn't raised his hand when Eros asked. At least he had one thing less to learn.

"So when do we start? I want to believe I'm flying without a broom when the air hits my face." He smirks, was he trying to bug everyone who loved the stupid brooms? Maybe he was, he wasn't in a great mood and that was strange because he normally was in a good mood. "Couldn't this game be a bit more fun and made us ride dragons instead?"

Gaia waved at Merlin () "I heard you had quite the adventure!" Gaia smiled "I am not sure how fair it would be to play Quidditch with dragons. Thestrals would be interesting to me if we go the magical creature route."

"You really do need help with your inner eye." Gaia said to Magnus ()

"It sounded like I were all showing off at skills or something and..." he looked down and kicked the ground. Then he smirked and looked at Merlin, "So you volunteering to be ridden then?"

"Yeah, I suck at divination." He sighed. "I don't get why I'm so awful at it."

Merlin blushed for a second after Gaia's comment. "We did had a real adventure, you totally missed the chaos and meeting two aurors too." He then had to comment on the dragons-his obsession. "Dragons are the best, but thestrals would be cool too." He looked at the broom on his hand. "I think anything is cooler than brooms, no offense guys I just really despise them." He scratched his head. "I don't even know why."

[Edit] ((OOC: Here we go again)) "There is nothing wrong with showing off a bit, haha." Merlin quickly protested after Mag's suggestion. "I do not volunteer to be ridden!" He blushed. "Shh, don't..did everyone knows already? I bet the gossip spread."

"Basic knowledge is the only prerequisite for this workshop, so I guess it's fine if you haven't taken Mr. Caswell's class yet."

"Ok, everyone grab a...," Eros stopped. His eyes looking at something shooting around the pitch. His eyes rolled and a soft sigh escape his lips when he recognized the person coming in for a landing. He waited as he said hello to her friends and get herself situated. "Welcome to the workshop, Kavanagh," he tone absent of any sincerity (). As he watched her get greeted by the other students, he tried to remember what he was going to say before she arrived. Merlin's comment reminded him.

"Right, Everyone grab a broom and meet me in the air. We'll be starting off with something...easy," he looked up to the obstacle course of rings and barrels floating in place above. "And maybe fun," he looked over at Merlin. "I'll also go over a few safety things before we start."

Merlin hop on his broom and went up easily and without a problem, that was something he could do well. He had his eyes closed in order to feel the breeze of the air which he loved with passion. "So nice." After hearing Eros comment about it being fun he smirks. "I truly hope so, but I will trust you since you know how to make things interesting."

"Hey, I can use levicorpus on you and pretend you are a broom," he said winking. "I'm not much of a show off, er, I don't think anyway..."

YES Magnus didn't even wait, he jumped on his broom and took off. He couldn't help it, he took off around the pitch without thought. He swooped around for a few moments before finally coming back to Eros...right had to wait for instructions. At least he was in the air again though.

Gaia laughed "Not everyone knows but things can't be kept among friends" she winked at Magnus and smiled at Merlin ( )

"Thanks for having me, Eros" she added an exaggerated curtsy. "Seems we are going to have so. much. fun." ()

"I'll totally take the help Gaia," he sighed again. It was one subject he just couldn't wrap his head around.

Sauvage used accio to call her broom and promptly joined everyone in the air. She missed the feeling of flying through the air, but noticed she was a little shaky on her broom - it had been several years since she was last on one. She'd just gotten so used to have horses around. And so, she focused on remaining steady in the air as she laughed and watched the others play around.

Fade was glad showed up to participate in the workshop. Even though they were both in the same house they had very different schedules and hardly ever got to hang out. Although he had to admit, she would make a pretty intimidating opponent if they were going to be playing any actual Quidditch.

When Eros () gave them the OK to take flight Fade jumped onto his broom and kicked off the ground with vigor. Zipping around in a few small circles to get the feel for being airborne he let out a hoot before returning to the group beaming. Even for a beginner it looked like was doing alright. “You’ll get the hang of it.” He floated a little closer to her so he wouldn’t have to shout. Yeah, that was the only reason.

Sauvage was flying and looked okay so MAgnus gave her a smile... and one to Fade who was getting closer to the girl. Magnus giggled, those two were cute.

Sauvage noticed Fade coming up next to her, giving her encouragement, and she saw Magnus, too. "Thanks, I 'ope I get zee 'ang uv it soon." She smiled at each of them, momentarily thinking about how handsome Fade looked with windswept hair when her broom suddenly jerked forward and she yelped in surprise. She tried to regain her composure as her grip tightened on the wooden handle of her broom and the air hitting her face grew that much colder, her face burning that much hotter.

"Ok...," he replied, looking at her suspiciously before ignoring her. Eros mounted his broom and ascended into the sky before hovering in the air at the end of the pitch where the first aerial ring was.

As he waited for everyone, Eros began going over a bit of a safety guideline. "Two things, though the first should be common sense." He looked around at everyone. "One, be aware of your surroundings. Pay attention. Look where you're going. Be alert. Accidents can happen because you're not paying attention. You hurt yourself, you hurt others. So don't do anything stupid like fly with your eyes closed...at least, not more than two seconds. Same applies to looking to your side or behind you. It's like driving a vehicle... for those who can drive." Eros paused, his serious face melting a bit as he said the next part. "Second thing. Pop quiz, anyone know what a Pennifold Quaffle is?"

Paddy mounted her broom and hovered in the air, hoping that she wouldn't make a fool of herself. She'd flown a few times in the last term, but this new broom was taking a bit of getting used to. Nodding at Eros' () safety guidelines, she thought for a few moments on his pop quiz before replying. "I'm a novice at Quidditch. I mean I know what the Quaffle is, but I've not heard of a Pennifold Quaffle."

Just when he thought it would be OK to look away, Sauvage’s broom seemed to be misbehaving. She let out a yelp but managed to get the thing under control. Fade couldn’t help but chuckle, glad she was actually OK. Sometimes brooms and more often borrowed brooms would have a mind of their own. ()

When Eros () asked if anyone knew what a Pennifold Quaffle was Fade thought for a moment before his hand shot up as if they were in class. His broom wavered almost as impatiently for them to be called on. However the information burst out of his mouth before long. “It’s a Quaffle that’s enchanted to fall slower than gravity.” He turned a bit red but maybe it was the cool breeze and not a blush.

It was nice to actually have a use for all his trivial book learned knowledge. He hadn’t been much of a history buff before attending Hogwarts. But upon learning that there was an entire history of magic he knew nothing about, it set a fire inside that could only be quenched by reading every dusty tome he could get his hands on. Getting lost in said books was usually the reason why the teen had such a hard time showing up anywhere on time.

Sauvage almost lost control of her broom but recovered so Magnus pretended to not notice. Paddy was looking pretty good in the air as well. Then Eros asked a question and before he could reply, Fade did. So Magnus kept his mouth shut. Now there was really nothing for Magnus to say or do, so he just waited.
