Merlin nods. "She is very special, crazy special, and super explosive special! Too bad she already graduated, would love to have met her when in school." Merlin smiled. "I wish she was our professor of Defense. How could the class would be- for sure fun and risky." He giggles. "I like risky."
"Yeah," he nodded, "very special." He sighed feeling really sad and went back to his food. "She's totally cracked, but in the best way." He gave a small smile, "Now that would be a fun class."
Wiping his eyes, Drew nodded agreement and gave a slight smile. "wonder if we could petition for her to be the professor?" he said. "that would be amazing if she could and would do it!"
"That would be super cool. Though I bet even she couldn't make divination interesting enough.
"Sure she could," Drew said with more of a real smile now. "if the tea leaves didn't arrange themselves right or the crystal ball was too cloudy, she'd just blast it and say to make the most out of your life no matter what."
Merlin laughed at Magnus comment. "Can someone make divination fun? I think that is simply impossible! But I doubt she will leave her auror work to teach us. Hopefully she still has her job." Merlin suddenly looked worried. "We have a Defense professor anyway." He sighs. "Just wish we can see her soon, she is too fun to have around. I want her to teach me a few tricks too."
Magnus laughed at the idea of blowing things up. "Still even with blowing things up, divination is a snooze fest. I get me best naps in there. I don't think she'll loose 'er job. There's lots of witnesses and Paul too. Once 'e wakes I'm sure 'e'll be writing up 'is report and all. I guess we just 'ave to be patient and wait."
"I'm with Mag here, unless she changes the entire curriculum the class is a snooze! And I absolutely hope you are right, after all wizards are always doing crazy stuff, especially aurors." He smiled. "The job was done, crazy bee guy was stopped and the forest saved. Plus students are unharmed."
"Patience is not one of my strong points," Drew said. "But I agree that I don't think she will lose her job. there are too many of use that will testify on her behalf, and I'm sure that Paul's word will hold a lot of weight."
Merlin was full so he pushed the plate to the side and started eating his cake - there was space for cake. "I hope Paul wakes soon, he was worried about how long he would be out, maybe he had an important job and we got in the way."
Magnus gave a small smile, "Paul didn't want to leave Tams alone, or the students less protected. He's very serious on protecting people. That includes Tamsin. Though I don't know exactly what 'e was doing in Hogsmede. And yeah I ain't great on being patient either."
Drew finished his food and looked at Magnus. "Think we should go and check on him when we're all done eating?" he asked. "I mean, I know Tams said he would be out a while, but..." he half shrugged.
"I don't know," he said, "I mean if 'e's gonna be out cold for any time from one ta three days. Maybe we should go to bed ourselves and check on 'im in the morning? Merlin, whatcha think?"
((OOC: Alright I have to go to sleep in a few minutes. I want to thank you both for sticking till the end of the workshop since everyone else left for their own reasons. It would probably have been a complete failure otherwise since it would have been closed too soon. The workshop has come to a conclusion, you are free to stay chatting till tomorrow when the workshop officially ends. Thanks again and have a good night.))
"I would love to visit him too, yet he is probably just sleeping and I have to stay till every student leaves, make sure everything is cleaned up. Thanks so much for coming to the workshop. I will see you guys around school, maybe I'll get to the next workshop depending on work." Merlin finished his last piece of cake. "It was so good. I had fun, we got to see lots of creatures and experience so much together. It was a really good experience."
((you are very welcome, Merls! You did a great job and thank you again for all your hard work!! Drew had a great time with his new friends and all the animals :D ))
Nodding, Drew said, "Yeah, I guess sleep is the best thing for all of us right now." He went to Merlin and gave him a hug around the shoulders. "thanks for a fun, eventful workshop, Merls. I loved the chance to go into the forest and see the animals and to make new friends. I hope we can all get together soon, whether at another workshop or just around the castle. I know I will be swamped with assignments for a while though. You see, I have this nag of a prefect..." he teased with a wink at his friend.
(sleep well <3 It was good workshop. And I'm happy to chat here till it's officially over. And we have to know how Tams does. lol and at some point meet her in Hogsmede))
"I guess checking on 'im before bed isn't a bad idea. I did wanna give im me black flower." He frowned wishing they all shared the same house. He felt suddenly empty. "Take care Merlin, see ya soon... maybe tomorrow?" The boy slipped his hands in his pockets. Kippers mewed and rubbed her body around Magnus. Apparently, she had decided to find him. He smiled at his cat.
Merlin pat Drew on the back. "You better be doing those assignments and lectures because I will keep nagging!" He laughed loudly then turns to Magnus. "There are flowers for him too, you can leave him a couple in a vase. Look at all I have in the basket, Arrow surely picked lots." He smiled at the view of the flowers. "Those little mischievous flowers really got me. I'll see you tomorrow, we can eat breakfast together, or can't we sit in other tables?" He was thoughtful. "I think we can't..that's a stupid rule but we can chat after breakfast, before classes start."
"I think we can eat breakfast together," he said, "I don't thinik anyone at the tables will complain. But Tomorrow for sure," Magnus said smiling, "and sure I'll take some for im."
((aw dang, I keep forgetting that Mags isn't in the same house. That sucks!))
