Sorry not been posting. Around daily but not for long usually. Having a lot of anxiety and still trying to figure how to deal with it since I expect it will be around a while.. Losing myself in World of Warcraft and various stuff on tv mostly. Seems like it has rained (and is still raining most days) all spring so not even getting too much time to get outside and get some Vitamin D.

Thanks for asking about me and my mom. We're hanging in there. Mom would dearly love to go out but she's being a good about not asking to go with me when I have to and on the rare day without rain she will sit outside if it's not too cold. Glad your dad is doing well.

I went to UMed this morning. they gave me meds and ear drops. After two days of earache, yep I'm ready for some relief.

So long story short: we should be able to pick up the results tomorrow. We went to the hospital today and weren't able to. We meant to go earlier but...yeah...

Dad is poorly again and taking a lot of caring for. He is in lots of pain. When he was in the hospital they didn't take care of his back with PT and then since he got out they have been closed. His back and hips are all out of alignment so he is a big ball of ouch. We were able to get him PT appointments Wednesday and Thursday. Hoping it helps fast.

I switched up my migraine meds. Botox out and a single injection a month in. We will see if it works. Only had one day of curling up on the floor so far and that is how I measure it.

The Subeta calendar says Vesnali is "Early May to Mid-May" so that should start soon. Hope so.

Did your Dad ever go to a chiropractor? Just not sure what a PT does for alignment. I'm sure Thursday night can't come fast enough, hope it helps.

The biggest virtual hug to your dad! I hope returning to PT gets him back on track and eases his pain. Hoping your med change continues to help.

this method of PT does alignment by muscular manipulation, almost painful massage with pressure point awareness. It works great for him. Better than chiropractors. Me, too, actually. It's called Functional Manual Therapy.

That sounds great, glad that it works for him. I was very lucky to have a low force chiropractor that only used her hands, it seemed like she just knew where to touch you for adjustment. Miss her.

Hi all. Had roof damage, but luckily Rox was able to fix it. I and my family are doing well, very grateful for that.

That's awful about your father. Hadn't even thought about PT's not being open. Hope it gets all sorted and his pain goes away. Hope this single shot works for you! Have they ever determined what causes your migraines? I know with mine and the TIA's there is no definitive cause. They can't point at a spot on a scan and say 'that's it'. So its hard. But I'm very grateful that now I have few of either. I wish you would never have another one and your allergies would disappear too.
