The price is reasonable to me for the service it gives, I paid more for 1 MPB with DSL than I do now with Fios and it gives me 200 MPBs and the speed is wonderful.
Thank you for your concern :)
He is going in for X-Rays tomorrow. I had to spend nearly an hour waking him up so he'd call to make sure he could just walk in.
I have learned to never trust his 'I'll do that in a minute' XD
we have homemade masks so not worried about that part. Hubby has a kidney doc appointment this morning so things are starting to open up a little here.
keep us updated, okay?
okay thanks anyway

Just hope the opening up isn't too soon for your area. There are every day things I would love to get back to doing but now is not the time. Long term safety is the goal first then life as we know it. Truly sucks but got to do it.
I am sorry your dear got hurt.
I was looking into finding a new place to get a hair cut right before the voluntary stay home order, my state is super red thus, voluntary. My hair might be long enough to donate by the time I feel safe enough to go into a salon. I have to ponytail or braid it all the time now and always braid to sleep or I pull it when I toss and turn. It is thick and heavy so I don't let it grow out so this feels awkward and new
Just going straight there and home. No stops inbetween. Got great news too.
Kidney function was only 14% now up to 30% so I'm praising the Lord.

Feel you when it comes to getting a haircut. Get mine cut quarterly but didn't this past winter, would like to get it cut next month I hope. That is really good news, major congrats on the kidney function improvement.
I'll do my best :)
He should've gone to get the X-Ray yesterday but due to his insomnia he hadn't gotten any sleep that night. He was supposed to go out today but he also had an attack of insomnia.
He has super promised to get an x-ray done tomorrow which will happen because I can be...demanding when need be O.O'
I could've been more on top of things but I've also been sleeping in a lot over the last few days >.<
Wow your hair being so heavy and long must really make the headaches and everything worse. I've ALWAYS wanted long thick hair tho. Mine is very fine and even when it was long didn't look that way. lol But I cut my own hair, and I've been doing my mother's as well for years. But just this past week I cut my father's for the first time. I was a nervous wreck. He is very particular and I was afraid I would botch it. But I listened to what he wanted and trimmed just a little at a time. He ended up really liking it. Whew lol
HOORAY!!! That is amazing wonderful news about your hubby!
You only cut your hair every 3 months? Wow. I cut mine about every 7 - 8 weeks.
I tend to have my hair cut once a month to keep it under control (it's shick). Now it's long enough I tend to eat it along with every meal XD
Being retired it is no longer a priority. Usually I get a trim leaving it at just off the shoulders and able to put up - like choice. Since my hair has not gone gray or grey yet - same color as always so that is not a thing either. Also my hair is fine so too long makes it look too thin. OMG, how to spoil a meal. I'd be pulling that back and keeping it in place if only at meal time. If it is too thick maybe pigtails....
I read alot, plus we have a small garden to take care of. We used to have a farm with a large garden but we got old and moved to a smaller place.
I hope you stuck to your guns and made him get the x-ray.
,
thank you :)
After reading everyones post about hair cutting, I feel bad lol. I wait until the very last moment to have a trim or maybe 2 - 4 inches cut off.
Since my oldest grand daughter just graduated cosmatology school, I might go more often lol. Shes usually dyes my hair for me also. So it's all good

Very welcome! Well, did something yesterday that I wish I'd done sooner. I bought a Contour Leg Pillow at CVS to place between my knees while sleeping. Love it, need to adjust I know but I slept better and feel better. Can already feel some of these benefits.
I have a contour neck pillow that I absolutely love and need to get the one like you have. I used to use a regular pillow between the knees that really helped, but at some point every night in my sleep I would throw it. lol
My hair is mostly silver mixed with brown. I like the silver and think its pretty how it catches the light. But I've always wanted to dye my hair purple. One of these days I might just do it. I liked a friend's a long time ago but I can't match it. Hers was naturally blonde mixed with silver, and her hairdresser dyed some of both a lavender purple but did it like highlights. It was beautiful. Mine would be darker, and I couldn't afford the hairdresser before when I worked, so now not a chance. Sigh So Idk... Maybe I should try one that will wash out. Never been brave enough and worried I won't like it. :)
Yes, have been using the Tempur-Pedic Neck Pillow for 30 to 35 years. Have serious neck issues with arthritis. Anything else means pain. The CONTOUR LEGACY MEMORY FOAM LEG PILLOW I got only yesterday and I know I'm still breaking it in but I already know it is a keeper. Love them both! If you're like me so will you, you're already half way there!
Just because you might not like it is a great reason to try something non permanent to color your hair with. A lot of hair coloring does damage hair.
come on my friends, do gryphongrl's trivia! It's so easy to do and gives you a purpose besides nothing but quests all the time.
wow might have to get that pillow for me and hubby

Night 2 with the contour pillow was great, and walking about in the house my movement is better. My left leg went thru all kind of different sensations yesterday because of improved blood flood I think and I do notice that I sit straighter. It does take a little getting used to but so worth it. Muscles are starting to loosen even in my shoulders and I continue to rub sore ones but now with results. Try the pillow, really.
And I slept deeply and unbroken and woke up an hour early!
I'll look up the price and stuff and we shall see , but it sounds really good. ty for the info

Got mine at Walgreens for 19.99 and 1.25 tax.
Hubby did go in for his X-Rays on Friday. I didn't even have to nag him as the slight amount of nagging for two days was enough for him not to want a third day XD
I was able to sleep in until noon as it was really stormy that day and it lightened up for a short amount of time around noon.
