it is a leftover from the covid. My lungs are inflamed. Assigned use of an inhaler and it really helps. My chest stops hurting and coughing gets better until it wears off. So using it two or three times a day.

Big stresses last two months, not well, but doing better now. If this heat would go away and bring in fall early and last longer I would be great! lol Forlorn luck. But if it would just stay out of the 100's I really would be grateful.

had covid and now it's gone. Just some lung inflammation left and have an inhaler for it. Great end of summer look.

Had my baby neice's birthday party yesterday. She got bored opening presents halfway through so then mommy and daddy unwrapped and she played with the paper and toys. So cute.

FYI, they found out I have Spinal Stenosis which is a narrowing of the spine. so they are going to try a steroid shot in my back to see if that will help.
now my question is, if my spine keeps deteriorateing , what happens then?? good question.
anyway, I'm still having pain but I won't be posting for a while.

I'm so sorry! I was diagnosed with scoliosis a while back and they didn't really offer me any solutions unless it gets worse. There was a lot of confusion because it's typically caught when you're much younger. I'd been complaining of back pain for ages and I'd sort of been written off because I was young.

Very sorry to hear that you have Spinal Stenosis. Don't know if a chiropractor can help with that. Hope doctors have more to offer you in the future.

Having a depressive episode time and being super needy. It sucks having depression that is unrelated to reality and just never knowing when or why I am going to feel like I am a terrible person who did everything wrong. It is no one's fault and no one can fix it not should they be burdened with that
