OK, too long for this radio silence. Hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy while social distancing.
Hi everyone - hope you are doing well. I'm fine and most of my family is too, except my daughter will have to have surgery on her knee soon and my son is working too hard with too much stress all by himself. Allergies have ignited, but not nearly as bad as others. Other than that, not much to say, and that is a good thing. :)
Glad to hear from you. Did your cable ever get better? Happy your dad is doing well and sorry about your awful allergies. Hi! How are you and hubby?
My internet is finally working properly! Ten years ago I had Verizon install DSL as I was tired of dial up. Well out comes Fios by Verizon and my DSL isn't doing well. They wouldn't give me Fios but someone got it in my building and it took me from last May to prove how close it was to me as in 30 feet. Well 4 tech visits later I had Fios installed on April 1st! They called me every day for 5 days to make sure no one in the building had the virus. Now I can pay my smart tv and have my computer at the same time.
yay for multitasking internet.
you and mom doing okay out there?
glad the allergies aren't too bad. Hope your kids can get the care they need.
Dad is well other than a nerve issue common with the surgery healing process being painful sit bones area. Did a video chat with dmy's family today and we did some front yard chats where we stayed 6feet away because baby doesn't understand.
Really. The interesting thing is that they both worked fine for 3 months and then boom Verizon capped the service. At least I have service now that isn't off in the morning like DSL had become. They were giving me 1MBP and I now get 200 for less money. Have to start chasing the logic cause I just can't see it.
Wait, you were having Internet trouble?
I've had my share....got into clutches with my online classes because of it.
It was mostly internet randomly cutting out, however....usually after a rainstorm.

Yes, now that I have Fios problems are gone.
FiOS, an abbreviation for Fiber Optic System, is a Fiber to the Home (FTTH) service. Through this innovative technology, Frontier uses a 100% fiber-optic connection that transmits data directly to your home. You get continuous connectivity with virtually no interruptions or downtime.
Ahh, I don't know if we have that in my area.... Do you live in another country?

Funny, I was just going to ask you the same thing. I live in New England and Verizon is my internet carrier.
New England? You mean northeastern US?

Brian hurt his knee and today he was able to get an order for an x-ray. If Covid-19 wasn't going on we'd feel safe enough to go to an ER. But for now...it'd be really easy to pick up the virus there.
LOL, yes. Where are you located?
We're doing okay thank you for asking.
Glad you broke the silence. :)
He needs to go see about that.
does anyone understand the new wardrobe? I would like to change my "mouth" but if I try the whole outfit goes off and I have to start over. grrr

Made me too nervous to let no posts go on for a week. Had to be sure everyone is OK. Don't chat a lot I know but I do care about people and this awful global situation mixed with staying home for safety's sake does make one a little edgy. Glad to hear that you and your hubby are staying fine.
Our governor spoke with New York's governor and will be getting 400 ventilators as we are experiencing the surge.
Know how you feel perfectly. Couple of weeks ago I woke up with pain under my jaw 2 nights in a row. Knew it was an infection but hoped it was gum go I made an appointment with a dentist office associated with MGH where they did an ex-ray and found nothing, that scared me. They sent me downstairs to see a doctor and she was great, Even with gloves on she could feel the lump and gave me the antibiotic I needed. But in truth if I did not have an infection I would not have gone. It was scary taking the train with hardly anyone else on, and I'm glad I went where I did as there were no patients waiting and they did have a pharmacy on the premises.
