eggs and peanut butter are good protein sources. I take centrum every day and it has iron in it so maybe I'm doing okay lol

My and 's dad has just passed. We took off the ventilator tube and a couple hours later he was gone. He didn't wake up. It was peaceful and now he is out of pain.

I don't know what to say. You're in my thoughts.

Last night was horrible for my city. Upscale shops that have been closed for three months thanks to the Covid virus were looted due to outside rioters after many thousands peacefully protested the police involvement in the death of George Floyd. Too sad.

Our city was much calmer yesterday. And the curfew seemed to be mostly followed, eventually. Though, just saw that the city has been closed to inbound traffic as up late this morning. Not sure what that means for the protests.
