Dealing with a bit of a family emergency at the moment but there's nothing I can do, other than wait to hear back from my dad. My grandpa (his dad) was found unconscious by one of my uncles. He's in the hospital now and he's accompanied by two of my uncles. He's conscious & undergoing tests. Dad's over 2.5 hrs away so he's waiting for now and if needed, will come down. If needed, I'll catch a ride with a family member to go see grandpa, but right now it's better to just wait. Plus, it would stress him out to see family members in the hospital, so although my first instinct is to find a way to see him I have to just sit and wait. Hopefully, it's not too bad.

Yeah, I never realised there were such things as I'd never referred anyone! And don't know anyone who's really interested.

I think I am away 11th, 12th, 13th, so those will be the missing dates. Any help would be great, but I can probably catch some in the shops. :)

Waiting is always the hardest part hugs Sorry you all have to go through this.

I'm getting ready to say my last goodbye, he has hours or a day max. Dad's driving down, will take a few hours, & grab me before getting there. I can't stop crying but I have to focus on getting ready. It's past 9pm already, it's going to be a long night/day.

Right now I'm just waiting for my parents to show up, trying to keep distracted. Gismo has been following me like crazy glue & is on my lap in a blanket. We're just hoping to get there in time.

Such a sweet kitty. I hope you guys can make it in time, but drive carefully. I wish you had someone that you could drive you all there. I know how upsetting and stressful all of this can be.

Dad's ex-military (retired), he's trained to drive in stressful situations. He isn't as young as before, but he wouldn't have offered to get me if he wouldn't have felt capable. He's careful when driving, never drinks alcohol if he's driving.

I can't get my tree to work, and I can't get it on my profile.

Try to clear your cash/history. If that doesn't work, send in a ticket. Others are having issues. Every time I want to load the tree or edit it, I have to clear the browser cash for the latest updates to show.

I can't add the section to my profile :( I even switched to firefox.

Finally fixed it! I had to take everything off my profile before I could get it to work.

I was able to see him and say goodbye. He's asleep & snoring; however, he isn't suffering. My parents are going to sleep at a hotel & I got a ride home with my aunt + uncle.

My grandpa might have a few days (max) to live. Although I'll be around & read things, I might not be quick to reply. Not in a super chatty mood, just feel like trying to keep myself distracted to not be super sad.

The train set keeps disappearing... there was a bag that hid part of it, so I tried to split it then gifts started to appear so I moved it to the right and now it's being buried again. It would be nice if we could have an area for trains & a winter village, some of my fav things to look at during the holiday ^^ Thanks for the fairy :)

Found 3 events regarding fairies:

Fairy Catcher! Get 250 fairies through a random event sometime in December. (requires user to get random event... so far none for me)

Fairy Collector Have each of the fairies in your inventory! (unlocked today, yay!)

Free all the Fairies! Free 1,000 Fairies to continue their good work for Melody! (I released 11/1000, so I have a ways to go :P) Hanging out at donation, someone put a bunch in there :)

Ok, that's enough catching up, this little shark will peek in once in a while but mostly using a telescope while hiding in coral reefs for a while.

Ah yeah, as more presents get added to your tree, it can be hard to have decorations along the bottom because they get hidden by the gift boxes and stuff.

And the fairy achievements can take a while to get, I think it took me a few years at least to get the ones for finding and releasing them. Especially the finding one, since you have to do that yourself. The releasing one isn't as bad because you can just buy them or get some in the donation center or have some gifted to you by friends.

And don't worry about responding much, we understand if you don't feel like chatting. Just know we'll be thinking about you and your family. And it's okay to be sad, of course. I hope you can still find some things to enjoy this season though. :)
