Exactly! It's not hurting anyone, people are excited at the hint of a new special thing coming up soon since it's been a while since we've had a bit of a plot tied in to an annual event (not that this will be a real plot, but if it's E&E during Vesnali then it will be a little something different than just the standard event stuff).

Anyway, I would be curious to see more stuff with Skitters and Ecks during Survival as well. From what I remember, I thought they had settled things a bit in the end and are kind of cooperating now, but that is something I wouldn't be surprised to see change in the future.

But first, I'd probably like to see a continuation of the Morostide plot with Jaxon and Ian. Maybe that will happen this year, but IDK for sure.

I still hope the description of "different weddings" in one of the new items hints that there may be more than 1. But I'm also still hoping that it's not the obvious couple, that would be very disappointing for Subeta to do something so obvious. Maybe a double wedding? The board is called Shark Tank mainly because most of us here were in the snow building contest a while back and we were the ones who made the Shark :) But all are welcome. Just thought I'd explain that for you. :D

I think so too. Although I'm not really sure how the general population of the Underground would feel now. I think back when the plot was first going on, Ecks had more supporters on her side. But now the place seems more open to outsiders in general, especially with the VIP thing to infect new people. Unless maybe it turns out that was part of her plan to create more Unliving to join her cause.

I think it was hinted that last year there was maybe going to be a continuation of the Jaxon and Ian stuff, but then it didn't happen so I'm thinking maybe the story and all just wasn't finished on time. I know they were at least probably planning to continue it at some point though, so hopefully this year! I think the first part happened back in 2014, so it's been long enough now.

I guess I don't really see how it would be disappointing. They've been officially dating for a while, so it makes sense that the next step would be for them to get married at some point.

I agree with that, I just meant disappointing that Subeta would make it so obvious and I keep hoping maybe a double wedding with a couple we aren't expecting.

There's still a chance that we could be wrong. They never said specifically in the news post who would be getting married, so there could still be a twist or something that we're not expecting. I think they were just trying to build some initial hype for what's to come, and with Vesnali starting soon everyone assumed it would be Emma and Esther.

Which I still think it could be them, but I wouldn't be against having a double wedding or something else unexpected happening either as long as the story works. :)

I'm just excited for any kind of little mini-plot/event stuff to add something different to the same old annual events. Still not 100% sure if the wedding will coincide with Vesnali, but either way some new story stuff would be cool ~

Yeah, I'd rather have the story be delayed another year instead of rushing to finish and things end up feeling incomplete or disappointing because of it. We did just have the Omen Islands event not long before Morostide last year as well, so that could have played a factor.

I hope I get news back soon as well, but I think it will be about 2 weeks. My references have until next week to fill out some kind of rating form and then a committee will go through all the applications and select the ones for interviews. I'm not very good at waiting, as I tend to worry about little things which then leads to me not thinking positively.

& Darn! They were a really cute couple. But it has been awhile since we've heard anything about the both of them, I think we are due for an update.

& I saw that comment too. I thought it a bit ridiculous as its known that Esther and Emma have been in a relationship for some time, so its not really 'shipping'. I see 'shipping' as supporting two characters who were never together, like some people ship Harry and Hermione., but maybe others have a different definition. I think some people always need something to be upset over. Why couldn't they be happy about 2 (or more) characters on Subeta getting married?

I guess technically shipping is supporting any characters together in a relationship, but I also associate it more with some fans wanting certain characters to be together even though they aren't officially in the story.

I can understand getting a little tired of seeing shipping stuff when it's all over the place even where it doesn't belong, but I don't really see that happen much on Subeta anyway. Usually it's only in the posts where it's at least somewhat relevant, like this one about the upcoming wedding. And even the Morostide one that they mentioned, I think people were excited last year because they were hoping for a continuation of the (also canon) Jaxon and Ian plot. Even though it didn't happen last year, it was still relevant to the discussion to speculate if we would be getting the continuation or not for Morostide. Still hoping we'll get it this year now myself ~

- it's really hard to wait - especially for news about an application. Sometimes the only thing you can do when you find yourself starting to worry about small things is to distract yourself (a book often works for me). And, of course, you can always talk with your friends/family. People who can remind you about all your positive attributes. Hoping the waiting isn't too tough this time.

Maybe the wedding will come with some kind of plot or event. Like we have to help the happy couple in some way!

I'd love to see a little event where we have to help by doing quests of some sort to bring items they need for the reception, or help set up the decorations or something like that.

Or maybe something goes wrong (like the rings go missing) and we have to solve the mystery. Just some examples, but I think it would be fun to have a little something extra to go along with whatever ends up happening.

I love those ideas :D let's hope they are thinking the same way!
