I think Fantine can make the cake no matter who the wedding couple is. I think you're right - they would be gorgeous. I have a friend who makes the most amazing and beautiful cakes and another one who used to own a dessert catering business and bakes the best treats. When they work together - WOW!

I would love to see a Skitters and Fantine wedding! We haven't really heard much more from them since their plot during Survival.

Most of the time I avoid posting anything in the news comments. People get so upset so easily these days.

If I remember correctly they broke up because they weren't really able to live together. Fantine went back to her bakery and Skitters stayed with the zombies. So - I guess there could still be a reunion and/or a wedding. ( - do you remember further details?)

- so sorry about that - even on Subeta there are a few obnoxious people :-( . How lucky we all are that there are sooooo many really nice and inclusive people here to spend our time with (the way it should be everywhere).

~ That sounds about right. Skitters stayed in the underground so he could be a better liaison for the Living and Unliving (much to Ecks' chagrin) and Fantine missed her life among the living (and her baking). I would love to see the plot go further with the friction between Skitters and Ecks, it could make for a really neat twist in the Survival celebration.

I don't really understand the point that person was trying to make either. Like the news post very clearly implied that two Subeta characters will be getting married, I don't know how they missed it unless they didn't actually read it. Of course people are going to be discussing in the comments who it might be. And is it really considered "shipping" so much if they're an actual canon couple?

We don't even have to read the news comments, they chose to read them so like... ??? Getting upset over nothing ~
