I sure love missing restocks because of errors. How did no one ever realize how bad of an idea all of this was? Requiring constant refreshing, back-to-back item drives, a quest drive, and now immediately afterwards a shop that requires even more mad refreshing...

that's basically 1 staff member to over 5000 users. not that there is anywhere near that many people online ever. which is a little sad for a 12 year old site. then again i see why people aren't sticking around when they join and the site is just in a constant state of down time.

communication would be much appreciated to at least know it's being worked on.

Why is there no sort of update from staff at all? It's been almost 5 days since we were told anything, and then it was that they'd taken 50% of the servers down on purpose. Why didn't taking our shops and galleries help like it was supposed to?

I have been hitting 502s and 504s all morning. No plot going. Not that many people online. What gives?

An update on the constant issues is pretty much expected at this point. Give us an update!

- True, but that should not kill the site so much. And if it does, staff needs to change the format of that shop. I mean, I don't remember having this many errors in previous years with this shop. There has to be something else that the refreshing is just making worse or something.

So the last "update" was 3 days ago, and by "update", I mean a post on the status site. No information here at all. I have been hit with constant 502 and 504 errors this morning and there's barely 600 people online.

Is there any reason why you all can't post here about what you're doing instead of making all of us visit a third party site for an explanation that really isn't an explanation? It would be nice if you or one of the other programmers gave a true site update daily on the status of the site (either in the announcements forum or an actual news post), while this is an ongoing, frustrating problem for all around. I know it's one more thing to put on your plate, but it would help your client base tremendously. While we, your clients, want the problem solved, it would appease a lot of us to simply know what's going on in terms we can understand - what the problem is, what you all think is causing it, and what you're doing to attempt to fix it. I honestly don't think that's too much to ask for.

I don't see why the user base wanting communication is such a hard concept for Subeta staff to understand. If I have a problem with my Comcast (one of the worst customer service records out there) internet or television service, I simply contact them and tell them the time the outage started. I then contact them again when my service has been restored and they compensate me for the services I was paying for, but not receiving. They also actually tell me what the problem was. Why is so hard for Subeta to do that?

I've been checking the status site since it was mentioned here again. That DOES NOT help when the last update was 5 or 6 days ago, and all of the days under Past Incidents say "No incidents reported."

We know that you're aware of the issues, but we want to know what is actively being done to try and fix these problems. Going nearly a week without an update is frustrating when this has been happening every day.

Even if there isn't much new to tell us, updates at least let the users know that something is still being done and that the issue hasn't just been forgotten about or pushed to the side.

My theory is that Staff works other jobs on the weekends. Thus zero plot and problems updates. Is this good for the site when a majority of users have weekends free? No.

It's been sheer misery today trying to do quests and restocking etc. I wish someone would tell us what's being done to solve the problem.

I'm at a loss... the site will run smoothly then BAM out of nowhere.... 504 hits and then the 502s.... then the site will run smooth again with a little lag then BAM the error cycle continues out of nowhere...

And yet another day with constant errors. I am SO tired of this. Sigh. And still no word from anyone on what the problem is and whether it is ever going to be fixed.

Something is odd and fishy about what's going on. We've been "updated" - alright. But there are some things still ongoing? I mean, we can have a smooth site until we get run over by a few 502 and 504 out of nowhere (and knowing that the plot is over). Plus, I've gotten a lot of lag in the past 2 days. It takes forever to load pages, especially while questing, visiting profile and such.

I mean, I'm patient but it's just becoming very annoying to even log in nowadays?

^^^ This. Things seem like they are fine. Like, "Oh yay, I can finally relax and just enjoy the site." But then out of nowhere, 502 and 504. A few refreshes later, they are gone... but it is so weird. What is causing them now? There is no plot. No battling. Is the pirate shop causing this? Can the site really no longer even handle Keelhauliday?

I'm also curious as to what is happening with all the 502 and 504's. It makes doing anything involving refreshing, or visiting multiple pages (ie; questing) a huge pain in the ass.

It just kind of astounds me that errors have been going on for so long, and we can't seem to keep them fixed. Or we have them fixed for a while, and then they're back again...

The fact that staff is obviously ignoring this board is just as annoying as all of the errors. We beg for communication regularly and hardly ever get it.

Seriously, this isn't motivating me to play. I'm only fighting through it because I don't want to waste my GA. :| I don't even want to think if the site is still going to be acting this way when the major events start.

I should also add, I really love just having to replay a game because the site 502/504'd. It caused Memory to glitch out so I couldn't flip over the last card.
