I get one or two errors per day. It's not craptastic and it's absolutely playing fine for me.

People with trouble, mention where you're from and when you get errors.

The same thing happened to myself and my mother, we were both at the office together and were both on Subeta, mine went down for around a minute, hers was up and running fine. We're in Arizona, this happens every single day for the last month or so. Mostly in the morning and evening.

I had something lenghty typed out and I got a 504, and lost it after because I didn't copypasta it

Well shit. 

I have close to no issues with 502/504, but on the other hand, it takes around 12 hours for the site to acknowledge changes on my avatar.

Seriously, what's the excuse, now?

If I'm actively on the site I get multiple errors that last for a few minutes at a time every hour. I get errors when quickstocking almost every time. I'm in Wisconsin.

I haven't had any downtime/error pages today, a bit of lag but that's it. Knock on wood. Hopefully it's not just me and everyone else is doing okay too.

Edit: 11:05 am Subeta time I got my (first?) error of the day. It came back up within 10 seconds.

I've had multiple errors today, maybe 4-5. I wasn't keeping track exactly, but it's still happening somewhat regularly. Happens to me at least once a day.

I love when I buy CSC to get some new Delish items, and my wardrobe won't load past the first page. And when after 15 minutes, I'm finally able to get the second page to load, my new items don't even appear. And it's not like I can get other pages to load so I can check manually. I've literally spent an hour trying to make an HA, and all of that has been in waiting/refreshing for the wardrobe. Also super awesome? Spending ages in the hair salon getting the perfect colour/style combo, saving it, getting confirmation that my save was successful, and then finding out it actually wasn't when I exit the wardrobe and don't have the hair on my HA. So. Fucking. Frustrating.

I'm not one to complain about the site - in fact, I don't think I ever have, but I'm spending real money to be able to play a game I love. And when I spend real money, I think I have a right to bitch about being a dissatisfied customer. If it's not lag, it's errors, or the site is down. I know some members of staff are trying, and we appreciate their efforts, but there are still so many things that need work. The wardrobe is a huge component of the site, and the reason so many people spend money here. Should it not be a priority to get it fixed ASAP?!?!

The last 3 days have been problematic at times for me too... usually my evenings around this time.

Right now as I'm trying to do quests, pretty regular 502 and 504's... Quentin got so distracted by the errors that he just forgot that I had a quest completely AFTER buying the 50k in items... is annoyed

Oh and I'm in Europe.

Even being in the US, it's been bad for me again the past couple of days. It got much better after the recent updates, but now all of a sudden it's happening again.

White pages and errors are rampant. Impossible to get anything done. Not sure it's wort the effort anymore.

I'm still getting 504's, normally over the whole day. And I have a feeling that it only got worse since I got my Gold Account. Normally it's happening when I'm online later, so around 6-8pm Subeta time. But today I even had many 504's during Quests, this was between 10am-12pm.

But, as I said, it seems to be worse now with my active GA.

gore Thats funny because my gold account expired a few days ago I didn't want to buy another because the site was running so crappy, those two days without a ga were great, the site was running fine, maybe 1 or 2 small errors a day. Then I wanted to hand price my shop and realized it's too much work without a gold account, bought one and I've been getting error after error.

Edit: It could just be a coincidence...but maybe not.

@ Aloysius Maybe it has something to do with this then? I don't know how Subeta handles GA Users, if they are on "another server" or whatever. But yes, the days without GA have been great for me as well, only a few small 504, maybe only 3 per day or so. So I thought it would be okay to geet a week GA, but now it only got worse.

Though it is very frustrating for both of us, it's good to hear that I'm not alone with this. :(

Yeah, I'm not sure how that works, it might be something for them to look into. The errors I had without a ga were really small, they would only last 10 seconds or less, with a ga I can refresh every 20-30 seconds and it'll still be down. Kinda weird. Yep, glad it's not just me too, not that I want others to be frustrated :P

- I don't have a GA and I've been hit badly with errors and lag the last two days.

Nice! I'm not sure about others experiences, I can only go on what I myself have experienced. That being said I do know that it can be down for one but not the other. There are those of us that have had this experience with people in the same room so, we know it happens. I just want it to get fixed, maybe all of us can switch places with those people who say they never have any problems :P

I can say that I've had barely any error lately. Could do my weekend quests without a problem so far.

Strange that it seems not to hit everyone at the same time.

For the record, I am living together with who, as she already mentioned, is getting countless errors.
