Now I'm getting "read js.intercomcdn.com" endless loading on every page, even when I've restarted Firefox, in addition to the usual "transferring data from stats.pusher.com . . ." Other sites work perfectly, it's just Subeta. God, can't ANYONE staff related comment?

And please don't tell me to use Chrome.

Can we get some more info on this, staff? Is it still being looked into? Why are we still experiencing problems months later?

Y'all could try NoScript... no promises it won't break something though, I don't have it installed atm to test it out. But just turn it back off if so.

I totally agree it's a poor substitute for an actual answer and all that, merely a possible hobbled solution.

NoScript does stop the problem, but it results in alerts not showing up in real time, and hovers don't work. :(

I remember he is less active on Subeta, because he has got an other job. Well in any case, Rah and an other staff member has take over some functions from Keith.

I think most of us would be happy with a "We're not sure" answer. Even just a "We're looking into it." Can't we have a clue at least?

Me too.. I did NOT know this was caused by Subeta, though, thanks for the info! I keep having to shut down and restart FireFox. Now I know why.

Yeah, if you're on Subeta much it seems to kind of pile up until everything is lagging or not loading and you have to close your browser and come back.

Logging on a site once a week isn't that big of an investment.

EDIT: What I do mean is not "Keith should log in once a week to fix everything" What I mean is "Keith should log once a week because it reflects pretty poorly on the site if the founder is AWOL"

Unless there are things that happened behind the scenes in the last few weeks, I find it a little worrying that we have no idea what is happening with him, since there was a period (NOT SO LONG AGO), where he said he'd try to be more active, that's the way he saw Subeta.

And here we are, a year or two later, and I'm legit worried about where this is going, concerning Keith, the guy who made these statements. Not concerning Amber, or Rah, or Ariel, but concerning Keith.

Since he's the one who said these things about activity and staff presence last year, not them.

What's exactly your goal and what is your specific approach you will achieve the aim to get the communication between users and the staff better?

I'm not sure if you have a goal, but I have the feeling you have in one way or another.

I will hope for the best and like to think that Keith may be accessing the site more than his last online status leads us to believe. I think - not entirely positive but - I think that he can do subeta related things without actually coming onto the live site. (Isn't that what the dev site is?) I am aware that he has another job but there's a chance he's using the dev site still.

Since this pusher thing has been happening for almost a year, I don't think it will be going away anytime soon. At this point I'm not holding my breath for any staff member to fix this. I use firefox and will not download chrome just to use subeta. However, I do highly recommend downloading NoScript as a firefox addon, and using it to block pusher. You will lose hovers and live events, but you can refresh to see your events or temporarily enable pusher to use hovers. Since I have used NoScript I have not had any slowness of the site or my browser that is related to pusher.

Clear, but it could be that you do this better achieved if you Keith let go and what you put more energy into other saff members with you just so eager to keep alive the site?

I'm not sure if it make sense to make you mentally so dependent on someone who is less busy at that moment.

But it may be that I am less aware what's happen of some events in the past. I'm active for 1 1/2 years on subeta. I have never earlier heard about NeuroGalaxy, Valenth and Agoge. I'm not so up to date what about the past before I have discovered this site.

Keith is Subeta's owner. If he doesn't care that would be the beginning of the end of the site. It wouldn't matter how much other staff members/users care, how active they are, anything.

I'm not saying this is what's happening right this moment but I've seen it happen before on other sites.
