Since Subeta started to work with Pusher things became a nightmare. The site is having a lot of problems, some gets fixed some not.. As you can see in the topic here every time there is a new problem. Right now it's the endless loading on FF, that causing FF to lag, hang, and a memory leak.. But for me it seems that it's not even a top priority bug, the staff is not communicating on this topic anymore and not telling us what's going on, the only suggestion was "it's better not to use FF right now".. As a customer who pays for CSC I'm not satisfied about the Pusher and about how the team is handling the problem it causing. So that's it, this is my complain and feedback, I hope to see a change very soon.. especially when a holiday is coming, I want to enjoy it and not to suffer..
It's about time this was properly addressed. This problem has been going on since last May. WHY is it still happening? I can't even remember the last time I saw any Subeta staff say so much as "we're looking into it".
This drives me nuts as well, and I don't understand why it's so hard to fix. I obviously don't understand the mechanics behind it, but it's been going on long enough that it feels like it should have been addressed already. The forever-loading tabs are terrible, and I am forever having to shut FF down and then restart it because it begins to hang and freeze. :(
Yeah, pretty sure that these issues were why I switched to Chrome a few months back, and when I was still using FF, I had blocked pusher.com just so Subeta would load. It didn't seem to impact much, but when the site was still slow, I just moved on to Chrome. :C
This really does need to be addressed though. Months and months of issues with no comments or updates is really bad communication on staffs part. Also, in a similar vein of annoyance, the whole DDOS checks are STILL happening very frequently for me. If it is not one problem on Subeta, it is just another. Le sigh. I just want Subeta to load without issues. That really shouldn't be too much to ask!
And yet, we're about to enter another cycle of three months of events, and the site is still wonky.
O logic where are you
I'm tired of not having hovers or alert/event popups because I have to block pusher.com just to play. I'm not wanting to change browsers. It's bad enough that I have to use another just to get the wardrobe to halfway work. I have Firefox set up how I want and a few of those settings aren't on Chrome/Opera/any other browser. I'm not holding my breath over this though as it's been months now.
Knock on wood, right now I'm not having trouble with it so I unblocked it.

I also notice that it has issues in Chrome if you're using wifi. I don't get it often but sometimes I do get loading errors because of Pusher. Not often but it happens.
Hm....I am unfamiliar with this, but I do notice hang ups occasionally though. I guess I never connected the lag with Pusher.
But I like (fire)foxes. D8 What if I don't want to switch to chrome? /stubborn
(I am bored waiting for zombie apocalypse to start okay, sue my style 8"D)
In all seriousness, it would be nice to hear an update beyond 'switch to chrome.'
edit: You notice a Spectrum Potion on the ground, but right when you bend down to pick it up, lizard minions come out of nowhere and scurry off with it!
As the lizards attempt to escape, your trap fires, but instead of capturing the lizard minions, it hits them on the head... poor lizard minions! How could you? Shame on you! You shrug, and attempt to retrieve Spectrum Potion, but the comatose lizard minion refuses to let go. You decide to stuff both into your pocket. You are so mean.
omg obvs subeta agrees with me ;O;
FWIW, I use Safari, and have none of these problems. (wardrobe, pusher, lag, etc.) I don't know enough about the browsers to know what the core differences are, but there's clearly something that allows me to navigate and use the site just fine while you guys get plagued with these issues. : /
The topic is open for 2 days and still no reply from any staff member..
- did you really expect a staff response? :P
lol I had a little hope for that xD
It works fine on Firefox on my work computer (up-to-date, 44.0.2) but not on my laptop, I get the endless loading loop. So I'm not sure if there's a trigger that we're missing.
To many problems especially when an event is going on :(

I am not old. I am gracefully aged
I've been posting on that P&B thread for months. It's really disheartening to see nothing is done about it. I've been having problems with the endless loading pages since last summer at least. Some days it's a bit better, but there are days where I have to close down FF every hour or so because the Subeta tabs start lagging up all other tabs as well.
were changes made to fix this? o-o had to allow localhost on noscript which seems odd to me, but I did and pages are loading completely. not sure if this is coincidence or not.
edit: pages with a lot to load on them still take awhile for the wheel to stop spinning, but it does seem better? so thanks if you're taking a look at this.
edit2: infinite loading is back and localhost is no longer coming through noscript so things reverted? idk.
