But economy can. Imagine if we made 5m/day ONLY by quests, plus the games and restocking and vending and selling CSC and selling art and selling writing aaaaaaaaand.... HAAAAAA. I love the new Saggi system because now we can actually make 8-10 quests without HAVING TO QUIT EVERYTHING.
We can? That sounds nice. :)

I like the current quests as well. I don't need to cancel most of them, on the contrary i can complete nearly all of them. Saggi is the one i might refuse more often, and Library, but it's so much better than years back xD
because I never keep track, I decided I'd see how I fair today. I started with 300k on hand
Quentin 7/10, ended with 542,219 Wizard 10/10, ended with 983,553 + all tokens Saggi 8/10, ended with 1,392,075. I really didn't need to skip the first two, I just wasn't sure of the payout right now, so I would have ended up with more.
This took me all of maybe 10 minutes to do. I think it's reasonable. While I still maintain that Saggi should be the highest quest payer, 1 mil is fine if I can only hop on for a small amount of time a day. We don't NEED millions upon millions every single day. This is more than I EVER would have made on Neopets lmao. So I'm glad that SP is still earned easily, but not just being handed out like it's water.
And this is just 3 quests...
Hmm Saggi has been pretty cheap for me today. As in he's asking for items that total around 70-90 k and I'm getting back 90-100 K. -- Not really worth the effort. Wondering if the quests were tweaked again or maybe it's just me having a spell of bad luck. ;;
I normally get about 700k from saggi. I have had a few goes at this now and I like it. Please ignore my previous posts.
Saggi quests work out fine now with a tiny bit of profit every now and then. Plus they are within my questing budget yay ^_^.
Every single quest Mal asked for are items that are 20k to 30k plus in user shops and getting to harder to find with each quest that goes on. Sometimes she asks for 2 of the same item. I turned down all of them except two just to finish Shinwa's quest. Spending up to 90k for 3 items to get 57k back I'm not doing that too often not with 16 pets to care for XD. I hope Mal is more kind to others than she was with me today ^_^.
A friend is someone who knows all about you and loves you just the same ❤.
You're not standing alone. Mal was BLOODY AWFUL to me yesterday. I did all 15 and ended up 103K less than what I had as I began the first quest. I also have 16 pets and I'm scrounging quest points for books so 15 of them can get a much better paying job. (The other has already read every book in every quest shop.) That quest had better get tweaked before users just ignore her altogether. Good luck to you today.

Maleria was awful for me as well. I only did her quests for Shinwa and had to turn a lot down because they were ridiculously expensive.
Yes, Maleria has been terrible lately, mostly because battle items seem to have inflated. Maybe cut out the three item quests?
I really want Maleria to ask for spell ingredients as well - there's a bunch of common ones that are dirt cheap as they aren't in demand. I think it'd help balance her pool perfectly.
This is a great idea, those items aren't really asked for specifically anywhere, and most are pretty cheap :)
I think quests on the whole are maybe a little over-tuned at the moment. I'm getting 30 - 60k per Wizard quest, for example, while I'd still turn a healthy profit from a more meagre 15 - 30k, even before tokens. Pete and Cursed too, I'm getting 50 - 75k per quest which easily covers my item costs on every quest before factoring in item prizes.
Bonus prizes for Saggi? Nope. Getting the same old same old from him...and it's barely anything to boot -_-

Im loving the change to Saggi quests. I do most of them now where as before I only do like half of them.

lucky post.
I'm really not liking the changes to the Saggi quest system. It's not really fun to do his quests anymore because the payouts are all equalized instead of having the chance of getting a random high payout. Where's the fun of only having 3 items & getting a maximum payout of 200k? While the profits are nice, it really doesn't feel like there's any bonus payout for his WSQ. Even if the items he asked for were getting inflated with the old system, I'd take that any day over what wee have in place right now. I miss the days when Saggi would ask for 3-4 items & you'd have a chance at 400k payout. :(

There is indeed a difference, but I quit seldom by Saggi. Most of the time it really helps to keep trust on his rewards.
Personally, I do not mind that he is more evenly. The items he asks are also cheaper. Last year, he could ask for items in excess of 100K. Then he could give a nice reward of up to 700K but then he coolly could ask an item of a million SP. Nowadays he does this rarely. It goes well with me.
