Just netted 3.1 mil off 15 quests. The last quest paid out over 600k sP. Holy shit! Gotta say I'm not complaining about being that much closer to my sprint goal, but obv this isn't a sustainable change. (Though I did feel it was kind of neat to get that 'bonus quest' feel at the end, like WQs have. If that was an intentional change I like it!)

There's gotta be some middle ground between people making 300k and making 3mil. 500k-800k imo would seem reasonable, as that would put it in line with the other quests. Maybe 1mil a day tops if you really wanted Saggi to be more 'special' again.

I do feel like Saggi needs to be more predictable, though. Random just pisses people off, especially when the rewards aren't worth it. Mage amulets are fine, nobody sane is spending 200k for a Quentin quest, but not knowing if you're about to blow your entire day's profits on one Saggi quest is just fucked.

3,283,096 is what I made in the test (it's easy to track in my way) I don't know, I don't mind more money, but before it appeared like there was a possibility to get higher rewards if you took the risk to loose something (i.e. 4 quests with items 60k each could give you suitable amount of money, or could make you loose it) as much as I do believe it is not good for a quests where the quest-giver is apparently 'rich' to give you less than you paid, now it actually seems like there is no relation to /what/ you buy

dunno if this is even possible to make at this point with the screwed up pricing of some items

I'm not sure how I feel about this. To be honest, I was perfectly happy with the system before - 2mil a day from quests and a bit more from selling the items.

This change just seems excessive. I mean, do we really need the price of CSC to inflate any more?

As much as I always like more sP, 13M + items seems a little excessive. :P

Now, I had around 22mil when I started my quests tonight nhonestly as much as I love the nearly 20million SP I got tonight before and after rollover, because that puts me 20mil closer to my savings goal so i can buy some nice things with luminare coming up, that's such an absolutely idiculous turn rate?

I've made profit from every single quest I've done, nearly 100k per quest, 300-500k for saggi, with a handful of exceptions, usually Quentin had the low ball rewards as per usual but I still made a profit off them, and while I wouldn't mind getting around 100k profit off of saggi considering how obscenely expensive some of his 4 item quests tend to run, tonight was ridiculous in terms of how God damn much SP I've generated tbh.

Like I've been saving my SP regularly but god damn? I don't need to generate a month's worth of SP in no more than 3 hours.

I was so utterly stunned questing tonight! The payout was phenomenal and it only took me about 2 1/2 hours to get through all 9. It really did feel as if every quest was a weekend special. I've been blowing through my points lately so having this gift tonight is very much appreciated. I know it's temporary but what a very special gift you've given us. Thank you.

Earlier in the morning I literally pasted almost every quest outcome text to my friend, because I was utterly stunned, how much profit I was making. :) I know it's not sustainable and I know it won't last for long, but ... some more tweaks and then it can last forever? :) I was utterly annoyed with Saggitarius this past week, cause the lowest limit of what he gave out was ... 60K? And maybe I got one quest or two, where I could bring myself to take the risk (usually I don't do his quests, if combined sP needed are above 80K)

I'm severely torn, I mean, I'm loving loving loving the profits, but I'm worried about the economy somewhat. I'm sure there's some middle ground that will work fine.

To be fair to those going "First you say it's too little and now you're saying it's too much" like we're goldilocks snubbing bowls of porridge lovingly prepared and slaved over...Most of us understand that balancing an economy and the quest risk/rewards is hard work. And complicated. And a pain in the ass. But it is providing feedback while the staff and Keith work to find an appropriate balance. You have to offer enough incentive (or small bursts of incentive and breaking even) to keep people doing them, but not so much you tip the scale the other way and flood things.

..Okay, so we are all pretty much children yelling "too hot, too hot!" and "too cold, too cold!" but that feedback can help the staff find the point at which users (mostly) are happy with doing quests without wrecking the economy. Which I'm pretty sure is the point of all this. =0P

In summary, I know this porridge is currently too hot, but damn, my bank account loved it. ^.^ (to the tune of about 11M for yesterday and about the same take today).

This is pretty much how I feel about it. I also know that it is work and trial/error to find the middle ground. We definitely appreciate the effort.

Listen. I'm not one to complain about dolla' bills. Hell, I love money. But what the hell is going on with such high rewards? I've made 7m today and I feel like I did nothing to achieve it?(albeit it's just pushing buttons) I did not even check how much I've made until I reached the first 300k of Saggi (I spat my water). Then I saw how much I've made and I was looking around for a bug report thread like a mad man.

Moving on. Is it to achieve equality? Because I'm seriously wondering if it's good on the long run. I remember seeing a few weeks ago a speech about how some rich people never spend (holla me) and the reason why there had been and increase of sP sinks.

I'm betting this is unintentional and going to get changed back :P There's no way Keith would make quests pay out this much when all the talk is about making them pay less. Okay, glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing this change. xD I've only done Nori's quests so far and already have 1.1 mil. Not that I'm complaining, of course, but I found it super weird since I normally get around 200k or so from her.

I think quests were in a pretty good place before to be honest, bar Cinthia and Saggitarius. All the others give fair rewards for the time invested.
