Thank you for taking our feed back into consideration and letting us know what's going on. I'm interested to see what the data says about going forward!

There are still some shops with super long wait times; not as long as the cavern but I'm getting half hour wait times from Defend and Conquer which I don't think is a super small shop. Thank you very much for taking the time to work on the RSing issues!

Yep...I know for a fact this shop is large so the wait times are odd again.

just noting that cavern is restocking and I just got allllllllllllllllll the goodies in case someone says items aren't restocking.

Thank you for muddling thru all of our ranting and raving and making some changes, . Hoping the restock times will finally level out (lots of 30+ min restock times out there).

One thing I DID like about the changes that had been made in the attempt to improve restocking was the fact that the shops weren't as cluttered, so it made checking into and hopping to the next shop a lot quicker. Mind you, finding far fewer items to buy kinda sucked though. ;) Over a week of just watching, I did kind of see a rotation as to what was beginning to show back up in the shops vs. what was disappearing for a few days.....But it was so infrequent that it almost made it not worth trying to RS.

The one thing about those changes that really irked me was the one and ONLY clearing of the shops at 1am every day. More frequent shop clearings with more of a variance of what's RSed is way better - it gives everyone around the world a better chance at seeing something different RS rather than those whose usual time was to sign in at around 1am Subeta time and see empty shops and not be able to accomplish anything. shrugs I hated that, because that's always when I'm getting online and BLAH nothing in the shops! :P

Oh, how I missed restocking. Thanks again for reverting it while things are reviewed. :) It's working really smoothly now.

Really? Well, color me pleasantly surprised. I'm actually really glad to hear it's still running on the new script. Good news on the progress front. :)

I've just had two invites to a restocking feedback survey but both links are giving me 404 Not found

I'm probably the only derp who had this problem, but the wording on a couple of the survey questions was a little confusing to me. For example, a couple of them refer to the current state of RSing. Well, the current state in the last couple days has been awesome. Over the prior weeks it was pretty unpleasant though. There have been enough changes lately to where I'm not really sure if the survey is referring to the true current state of RSing over the last couple of days or over the past few weeks, and those are two entirely different answers. Since no one else has said anything about this hopefully it really is just me overthinking things, but I figured I'd post something just in case since this could potentially skew the data if others encountered the same confusion.

Where was the link to the survey? I never got notification of one.

Restocking has been lovely the last day or so. If I had one, I'd post a rainbow sparkly eyed gif to illustrate just how delightful it feels to have restocking back.

I'm confused where the survey is, as well, I'd like to take it!
