Holy crap Mori's quests suck lemons. Consistent loss of sp every time I do a quest is not good. Seriously, the ratio needs to be adjusted or something. Mori is on her way to becoming my new Pete/Library quest because the rewards never balance out. At least with the Wiz quests you have tokens that are a pretty stable currency. 2k per quest plus some crappy bean bag I already have is not okay. I am beginning to understand your frustration, I did not fully understand that these quests are now this bad. I used to be able to make an easy 100K-250K turn out for Nori/Mori. I lost sp this time around.
The only time I notice you gain a little more sP depends on which rarity you turn in. If you can turn in a rare item for under 5k she will give you more. But she prefers the common items which she won't give you much back for. Sorry just offering some insight from what I learned doing the quests. But you're right she does seem to hate giving out sP. Guess that's why she's evil.
Even then, those items are going to be eaten up quickly. I can't sit there and quit her quests 60%-70% of the time looking for cheep items :/ I know you're trying to take sp out of the economy, but devaluing Nori/Mori quests this much seems...illogical in more ways than one. :/ I understand the whole "fix the economy!" mantra, it's nice in theory, but I don't think cutting off one of the main sources of income for a lot of players is going to help. Of course, grain of salt, I don't run a famous pet site so :)
Hardly anyone wants to play these games, because we aren't 11 years old and have seen these same games in a hundred different forms. The solitaire one is the only one I will even think of touching. And even if a game is fun once or twice, there is nothing fun about playing the same flash games every day. If that's what it's come down to, I guess we can show ourselves to the door.
Also, what was that about the "cool graveyard items"? Why don't you go look up the values of those items (if it's worth over 1000 sP, it's because people have stopped doing the quests or bothering to try to profit from them), as well as all the special quest items you've been adding. I hate when I finish a quest and get one of the special items worth only 2k. It's a waste of time, a waste of a quest, and a waste of my dwindling on-hand sP. I can't even remember the last time I had extra sP to put in the bank.
Starting sP: 287,792 Finishing sP: 1,693,189 Quests completed: 22/30 Profits: 1,405,397
I had to follow suit, since I had walked away from this place for the day earlier and hadn't done my sag quests yet. Yesterday I had approx the same profits, but prior to that 600-900k, it has only been in the last day or two that I've received over a mil. I don't want to sound pompous but I think I 'm a little more willing to spend than the average user cause I have been doing them daily and know what items give a larger profit. I'm willing to go about 20k/item up to near 100k for 4 depending, I take a bigger risk, I guess. Someone else here was mentioning the difference being on hiatus over the years etc, and I can say that what the wizard once gave out has now been split to be given between both sag/wiz. It's almost as if Sag has taken on requesting wiz items and giving old school wiz payouts without the tokens.
I used to frequent all the quests, quests are my thing here, I love them, but slowly over time they've been nicked away at. I'm afraid to even murmur the name of Computer Geek still being safe, but I"m sure he'll be revamped and gutted next. As of recent it's been sag, wiz, quentin, maleria, mori/nori that I used to do that have all taken a huge profit dive.
ETA: Not to mention how much we'll have to take hits to the sP wallet if we want to get through those achievement tiers. I'm still a ways off on some of them (mori/nori requiring their own amount each to get a third no less) and this will be even more costly to achieve with the gutting.
Oh yes I agree then you really lose out on sP. Was merely just mentioning that she seems to favor her rare items over anything else before giving up sP rewards that are worthwhile.
I have to say, the revamp of the wizard saddened me the most (and I'm not a long time player either.) I used to race to see how quick I could complete his quest. Now, I don't even know if he tells you any more, but I can't get under 45 seconds at best if that with the lag+the updated pages load so slow. Nori/Mori used to be quick too, now I wanted to chuck the computer across the room doing four quests of hers. My computer can handle 105 tabs open at the same time (yes, I figured that out recently stupid recycle beast muses...) it should not choke at three shop searches and Mori/Nori. I actually got enjoyment out of hers, plus the art of More was dead center and I got to enjoy all the details the artist put into her (that tattoo is epic ❤) and I was making sp. Now I don't even want to look at her :/
I don&;t really have any suggestions for Quentin, other than if you really wanted people to do his quests all he&;d have to do is have a chance of giving out a Mage Amulet (he does live next door to the Mage, after all). Then battlers would be doing his quests all day long -laughs- (I might even do them then..) Anyways, I know I&;m not a quester and that you weren&;t really looking for feedback/suggestions for quests-- however I thought I&;d offer my thoughts on them as an unbiased party (okay I might be biased about amulets).
This is a good idea. Is this something I can make a low chance of happening ? :P
I don't see a problem with it! Mage amulets only have a chance of giving a tome, so it wouldn't flood the market or anything.
: :
Can I just say.... I love you? For your sheer awesomeness alone......
Sometimes I think that despite your fearsome reputation, battlers are among the easiest-to-please people on the site. ;)
Yes we're just big ol softies.... doesn't take much to get us mad..... er kinda! If the change does go through could we get a news post to let everyone know?
Starting tomorrow Quentin will have a chance to hand out amulets ;)
💖 ✨ 🤗

When all else fails, throw two completely under-utilized parts together and have them make amulet babies. xD I love this change. I can kill two achievements with... well, probably a thousand stones, but it's much better now!
THANK YOU!
Yeah that is a excellent thing to do. Thank you and for that! :) I usually don't use Amulets but have thought about collecting them and putting them in the wardrobe and either selling or doing something else with the rest. So thanks it just became a bit easier for me to complete that part of the wardrobe. :)
I think the worst inflation came after custom wearables were released. I wasn't active at the time, but when I came back after a month or two, 100 CSC cost practically as much as 500 CSC used to. I wouldn't doubt that art/profile costs rose because of that, too...
You know, I have this same issue. Quest NPC's don't seem to be programed to take into account the user shop prices, which is where most of their items can be found. That said, something that would "officially" cost 1,000sP, could be found as 500,000sP, and the prize will consist of 5,000sP. It's not very fair. Of course, there are items that don't follow this, but the majority do. Also, while doing a Sagg. quest, I would run low on sP after buying his items, but then he wouldn't let me finish the quest. I lost a good mil. and then some for nothing.

I'm glad to seem someone mentioning this. It's takes too long to price items. I would be really, really nice if we could at least see the lowest shop price without having to search for each item, like it does when you have the gold account. We still wouldn't be able to autoprice without a gold account, but I would be so happy to not have to look up every damn item. As it is, whatever I get from restocking and quests just sits around for months, sometimes until I get my yearly 3-month gold account from the loyalty achievement.
I think restocking is just chronically fucked up. It seems to restock the same item many times for a few days, decreasing its value, and then moves on and does the same thing to other items. I'll see the same normals and rares in a shop all day for a what seems like a few days, only to not see that item restocked again for weeks. Is it just me, or does anyone else notice something like that?
