No worries . . . we're dealing with some crap here as well. How are you doing? Or should I ask how you're feeling? (I had a scare today, I thought my mother-in-law had died while we were eating lunch. I peeked in to see how she was doing, and there was no movement . . . but after about a minute she moved her head and saw me. She's having trouble keeping much down at the moment. I'm a little worried, she looks awful and doesn't sound like she has her usual spirit.) Sending good vibes your way in case you need them :)

LOL, when the phone rang, I literally said, "This isn't good." I'd love to be able to sleep, but I can't seem to relax. When we got home this morning, I tried to get some sleep, but my butt muscles and my arms and legs were just so tight that I was having waves and ripples all over. It was so strange. I guess I was pretty tense in the ER. But all I could think was, "Okay, how is this going to play out in the next week?" Father in law was so . . . he's really declined in the last few months. It was like he was in shock but also didn't care. He called us twice and that was the shocker as last year when she fell and went to the ER, he was literally calling every ten minutes. This time, Tucker told him that everything was handled and she was okay and for him to get some rest and Paul just went to bed! But I'm glad, no sense in him staying up all night either. I think I'm going put a movie on and veg in bed for a bit. I managed to finally get to sleep around 5am but woke up at 8 with a nervous stomach. Bubble wrapping the whole house at this point might be the best option!

Hey friend, just wanted to let you know that Tucker's mother took a fall last night at home. We got a call at a little after 10 at night, Tucker's dad was almost too calm, he merely said that she'd fallen and he couldn't get her up. When we arrived the scene was far worse than we were lead to believe (again.) She'd gone to bed and then got up--she thinks to clean up father in law's mess, he leaves things out and she's cleaning up after him--she passed out at some point and father in law found her on the kitchen floor. She broke her nose, cut her eye (and when we left the hospital it had completely swollen shut) and she had blood on the brain (again). She's in ICU and it's just been a strange couple of days. She had an odd burst of energy yesterday while Tucker was over doing their laundry, she wanted to go the bookstore and so father in law drove her. And it was so hot yesterday, hot and humid, and we think she might have gotten exhausted But holy hell . . . I'm tired of this crap, you know? We get someone patched up and doing good and then other one decides to collapse on us. Just wanted to let you know in case you don't see me online for a bit.
