Well...here, at an almost constant 40C I have to wear shorts and short sleeves, but only at home or in my yard. I love the retro '70 look, jeans - not torn :D - the bell bottom are cool, long, "floating" sleeves and a bit of color. Actually a lot color :D And glitter or sparks, or sprinkle. Or a totally black look with a cheeky print or pic :D I have so many T-shirts with prints and pics I can't use at work for too obvious reasons :D
