yes the ice bucket is a good idea and works well... maybe your land lord will lend you a ice tray for a few days to do this. you can put water into a baggy and put into freezer once frozen you can break it up and put into a bucket. meditation helps me to feel good about my self and walking to the park or even out in the yard and talking to the gods and goddesses about my life and issues and how i am feeling about things and it does help immensely.
