to help with cooling the room off put a bucket of ice in front of the fan to blow cool air around as well it does make a difference. You can only trust your inner voice one day at a time girl, it will not happen over night, do yourself a self-love spell to trust your inner voice and try one trusting thing at a time see if it helps or not.

if that does not work for your oracle cards then try other methods, I walk around the house with my deck in my hands, shuffling it and talk to it and tell it the issue i am having or what is wrong and try to explain how i feel, at times it does more for me then anything else. I have so many fans down stairs right now but it is cool enough to just have to windows open right now to cool the house off.

yes I do agree with you, air conditioning is hard on the head and makes me feel tired all the time. I just like the windows open and cool air flowing in most relaxing and calming i say. I am always cold most days even when it is hot out side I an chilled .
