I personally liked the eyebrows. They reminded me of my Bernese Mountain Dog Wolfgang! He has brownish rusty parks like that aboe each eye. If these two designs where combined, with the new look and tan eyebrows, it would look almost exactly the same!

Love it. Vast improvement over the last one. Not that the last one was bad, but this one actually made me want to get that pet Colors are nice. Leg is fixed.

Looks great, and the poll numbers prove that!

The last revamp was not bad.. it just wasn't great. This one is def. moving towards great, if not already there.

I like the colors.. they work much better now, with the new blue areas, and the second blue color.

Also, thank you thank you thank you Rah, for taking off the eyebrows. I appreciate the concession. I can see how some people (including you, apparently) liked them, but the majority (including me) found them.. awkward. I like just having the bone structure emphasized, like it is now. He still has eyebrows, just not.. blatantly.

And all the little tweaks in the anatomy and such are great... he looks less awkwardly bent in half... much more natural. The lines look good.. back left (his left) leg looks great... just softening the curve of his belly, right in front of that leg, made suuuuuch a big difference.

My only note would be that the ears/maybe tail are still pretty darn fluffy. But.. I'm not a Ruffie owner, and not planning on becoming one any time soon, so my tiny.. not even complaint, but more of a comment, should be taken as just a passing observation.

Bottom line: Great Job, thanks for working with the users on it! Rock on.

Did anyone else realize that they snuck a new revamp poll in without telling Anyone? I think that's a bit unfair. :/ There's a new revamp in the polls, now, it's not the one we're looking at in the news.

As I said before, was considering getting a revamped Ruffie before I saw the revamp. Going to look through the other pets, because this is Not going in my pet slots, this is NOT a Ruffie.

Lol thank you Rah. xD I read what you said here before, that you were going to keep it the way it is now, but the more I looked into the new color scheme, the more I thought it would HAVE to be changed. I should have voted new... lulz.

I hope this revamp goes through, I really like it, despite all the stuff people are complaining about.

I'm a little bit upset that you would think I'm creating this Ruffie for myself only because I own one. I actually don't like to own pets I've drawn myself, and I always change their looks when I own them. If you look on my Ruffies page, you will see the way I see MY Ruffie.

Plus, I thought it was kinda obvious that I was doing this for the 'regular' users (LOL) with all the critique I took and implemented. I personally loved the eyebrows, and plenty of staff will back me up on that! I removed them because I wanted to please the users, and I had no reason other than 'I liked them' to really back me up.

But I'm adamant on keeping the colourscheme the way it is because a majority of the people here actually are fine with it, and also like I've said many times before, dusk will be blue on blue. I don't want a colour change have to be a case of adjusting a shade to be darker or lighter - I want them to be a least mostly a colour CHANGE.

This is just something I'm making a call on Thank you to everyone for your wonderful comments on this re-revamp, I'm honestly really happy with how its gone down! I know I can't please everyone, but I did my best and hopefully have created a lot more Ruffie owners n__n

I really like the blue-on-tan color scheme, and with the addition of the cute little mask around the eyes. I also love how the eye color matches the tiny little accents on the fur. =)

I'm getting a Ruffie. I can't wait to see the other colors! ^^

Oh, and I think that making the Dusk Ruffie look more like the original colored one was great. Fans of the original colored Ruffie can have their favorite-colored Ruffie but on a brand new design. =D

The first one was just waaaay too much tan. :S I quite like the shade of blue here and it sort of balances out the color more. The lighter blue spots are a bit odd with the warmer looking tones, but other than that, it's fine. Since I'm not a ruffie owner, my opinion is a bit biased about the color, honestly, I couldn't care less if it was tan or all blue, so I'm not going to complain about something that doesn't even apply to me.

I'm one of the few who will miss the eyebrows, but it looks like your new revamp caused the vast majority of dissatisfied users to have a change of heart ^x^

Congratulations, Rah. I admire you for your ability to take such excessive criticism. Subeta users are lucky to have such a say in site changes and revamps, especially when they're satisfied with the alterations that their critiques and complaints bring about.

I liked your first revamp, but this one is even nicer. I love the markings, especially the light blue specks that really bring out the color of the eyes. Great job

Ahh, much better! The one with the eyebrows was just a little too freaky for me. I like the placement of the spots on this one much better too, even though blue/brown/greyish is still blah. I'm sure this will look really cute in the other colors!

Overall, great improvement! I vote for the newest one!

Allow me to explain, I think my response was rude xD I do like the pose. The art is great, and the leg doesn't look all... broken like it did before xD But I just like the blue. What Widow posted, he little recolor, is a great idea: it keeps the amazing art, and still keeps the blue the Ruffie was known for.

I voted for this one; I like how the legs and tail were fixed and the overall color scheme looks a lot better too (the lighter blue spots look a little off, but I can see it looking interesting in other colors).

Maybe not in the real life, but that's not what we are talking about here. The color Dusk on Subeta turns pets blue, just look at all the Dusk pets to see that. Nearly all of them are shades of blue with occasionally an extra color or so tossed in.
If you like your Ruffies to be Blue, then paint it Dusk. Its not like Dusk potions are that expensive and last I checked Dusk Ruffie potions were around 30k or so.

As far as the "who keeps a pet common?" question...hi, I would. I freaked out when I accidently changed Iandu (my Legeica) to galactic. Fortunately, one of my friends had a Legeica potion she didn't need and just gave it to me. (This was in the time before "common" potions.) But I was literally crying because I thought he looked so ugly all of a sudden.

(So, a note to the artists...PLEASE DO NOT REVAMP MY IANDU...I love him exactly how he is.)

The problem is that dusk doesn't make everything blue...it makes it dark. It's past dusk where I'm at; so I can't look outside and tell you what I see, but trust me, your "dusk" dog should--with the tan you INSIST upon using--brown in the dusk version. Only the sky becomes a deeper blue, and that's because it starts by looking blue. Change the name of the potion to "Dusky Sky" if you want to justify the blueness of it.

...but even if Rah wasn't a "normal" Subeta user, wouldn't she still use her own personal style and preferences in the revamp? I do not think that owning a ruffie is what is driving her to make these changes... she is doing what she feels looks best..?
