I think that this time around the artist got most of the flaws that the other one had, like those weird eyebrows. I think the blue around the eyes makes the face seem more puppy-like and the paw looks more natural too.

The only thing i'd be concerned about is the light blue speckles on it, but that isn't a big deal, it looks alot better ^^

And subeta is sort of a business and has to appeal to it's audience. Have you seen other pet sites that change a pet without a poll?

Actually, most dogs do not have their dewclaws removed

Its along the lines of tail docking I guess, where in some species its more commonly done then in others, but overall far far more dogs have dewclaws then don't.
I've worked in shelter for over 2 years now and I've seen one dog that had had its dewclaws removed.

I like this one. Its very cute. It looks a bit chubby though. Does it need the black line under the belly?

Good:
Chubbbbyyyyyy. Front paw is no longer broken. Tail is proportioned better.

Bad:
No dewclaw? Tis the equivalent of the human thumb. The dark blue clashes with the lighter blue and tan. Make the dark blue lighter please?

Suggestions:
Dewclaw.
Different blues.
You see that back right foot? It looks kinda funny to me. Move it back a little?

Actually, I think a lot of the common pet colors are pretty. I'm probably going to be keeping my Lain common, and think the common Keeto and Feli are darling, too. It's a matter of liking the colors and the way the pet looks, not buying something to make it look more valuable. I'd take a common Ruffie, too, were it not for the fact that I think those light blue spots clash with the dominant.

Like the tail better now... It was redrawn, right? ... for its shape, but the markings are just... really bad, I think. Maybe markings would be okay, but it needs to be more... subtle? I think the Subeta users may take more nicely to that. Make the Ruffie light blue again, not tan, and use some shades of blue for the markings that are also light, but distinguishable from the usual blue color.

This is one of the reasons why artists, as staff members, shouldn't be "normal" Subeta users. If you're just going to revamp a pet that you own to suit your tastes.. honestly. Don't? There's custom images in pet lookups and all that jazz.

Sorry, I meant to say "I would make a ruffie now, especially with that tan colouring..." Either way, I want a ruffie now. I just like the tan one a bit more.

This is definitely so much better I really like the coloration on the face now and the paw looks much more natural.

Rah, just as a suggestion if that is going to be Dusk, the small speckles are really lost in the other two colors. Maybe keep them whitish like the paws? You said they'd be a contrasting color but it really doesn't seem to work that way and now I'm not sure what all the other paint jobs will look like...

I wasn't crazy about the eyebrows on the tan one, but overall I did like that one better. The pose, the colours, everything. (except the eyebrows lol did I say that already?) If I get more pet slots anytime in the future, I would make a ruffie now, with that tan colouring that so many people didn't like. =p Great work Rah.

Awww.... I didn't think it would be possible for me to like a re-revamp more, but I do. Not a huge fan of the sky blue markings, I might have preferred those in cream but it's hard to tell without seeing it. Considering that's the only thing I don't find an improvement and I loved the first to begin with... Awesome job Rah!!!

I think this one is adorable. I like the brown with the blue now since there is more and I think it off-sets it. My opinion I guess. ^-^ The anatomy is much better. -huggles it-

I'm glad it's not all blue in Common..it would remind me of Blue's Clues. |D I don't see how it should matter anyway, most people don't keep their pet the common color.

I hope this redraw goes through soon... the Cream Ruffie Elixirs in my vault are taunting me. XD ♥

I'd get the dusk, because I adore the blue color scheme. But the lighter blue dots bug me. They really clash with the rest.

I think this one definitely has an improved pose. I don't know what I think of the light blue spots. They totally counter the more realistic tones that this Ruffie utilizes. I also miss his eyebrow spots. Thought they gave him character. I still totally love that expression, though. I'd definitely be tempted to get one if the new style wins. The old one just.... it looked chibi to begin with; too cartoony for my taste.

While I agree that the blue-color base would better match the old Ruffie, it does do away with the possibility of a dusk one, since they'd be so simmilar. Maybe something could be worked out so that those who have common Ruffies currently and prefer the blue tone could be given the option to have their pet turned Dusk free of charge or something to lessen things?

I like this one a lot. I DO MISS THE EYEBROWS/SPOTS!
I think the addition of more blue should make all those fans of the Ruffie understanding. The lighter blue spots did give me a "??" but the face is adorable. It always was, Rah. Big headed puppy gives me a place to keep my post-it notes! =D

That would basically be dusk (Keith said I could post this!)

I'm not changing the common colourscheme, I'm afraid. I've made all the changes I intended to make. I like the colourscheme the way it is (I'm a Ruffie owner too, you know!) I know I COULD make the common light blue instead of tan - but I also COULD keep it the way it is. And I'm afraid I'm going to stick by my tan decision

Thumbs up! This one looks so much better than the last revamp. I see the paw's been fixed, there's added coloring to the face, and those lighter blue spots makes the darker blue mix with the brown much better than before. It's really great, Rah!

MUCH MUCH better, Rah. The paw is fixed and the coloring is FANTASTIC. It's MILES better than the last one. I notice you even fixed how the paws looked more catlike than canine... now they're perfectly canine ^__^

The added coloring on the face brings depth to the eyes, too. Great job!

I love it =D The colors look fabulous and I really like how the dark facial markings (for lack of a better way to describe it xD) bring out the eyes. The ears and the one paw look much better now, as well ^^
