The old BR Mortiking was EPIC. A change was unnecessary. The Velosotor is cool, though, I suppose.

Ah man kick arse job. Though I might miss the pose of the old one, this just blows my mind. I actually like how the BR Mortiking actually has its horns now. That was my biggest annoyance when I still had my BR Mortiking last yr or something. The lack of horns drove me nuts and I only had it for a few weeks before changing it into GY. I might actually consider changing Listruk back to BR again. XD;
The new Spectrum Velosotor is amazing! I liked the old one, but this one is even better! Good job on the BR Mortiking, too - the old one looked like it was sneering, and too out of proportion and consistency in shape with the other Mortiking colors.

I completely agree with what other people said about the pose, personality and everything. It did need a revamp, but you guys should've kept the old pose and attitude... ; it doesn't look bad but.. ah, I miss the old one.
The Bloodred, is, gorgeous, period 
I like the spectrum. But I miss the old bloodred. ;_; It did need a revamp, but I agree with some others that the pose and so on was fine. The new one is good, dont get me wrong, but I prefure the old way more in terms of its pose and expression.
They remind me of those door signs that you flip around to tell people to come in. O.o
I love the Spectrum Velosotor, it fits in much better now with the other Spectrum pets ^^, personally, I did like the old Bloodred Mortiking better, but this one is quite neat too. Kudos to the artists!
The spectrum velosotor has certainly improved, no doubt about that. But, there's something off about it, at least in my eyes. The neck just looks too long. I think if it were looking up, the image would look more pleasing to the eye. I've red-lined it in an attempt to show what I'm talking about:
Don't mind the shape of the head or smile, it was just a quick doodle. The main thing to pay attention to is the structure of the creature. It still might not be correct, but hey, I tried. I'm not a dino or velosotor enthusiast, so I haven't totally memorized the anatomy of either.
I know that the image isn't going to change no matter what, but I guess I'm just throwing it out there for the heck of it.

I was never a huge fan of "dinos" but I always loved the mortiking, but the spectrum velosotor is quite amazing in it's new spectrum version.
At first I didn't like the Velosotor, but something about it is starting to grow on me the more I look at it. The grin on its face bothers me, though. (It almost looks like its plotting something, but overall it seems too happy.) I do like the pose in general. And I'll admit it's a major improvement over the old one.
I absolutely loved the old Mortiking (though, after looking at it, I can see it was in need of a revamp), so the new one disappoints me. The blood and details are nice, but I wish it had kept more of the attitude of the old one. I preferred the old pose and expression. (It made the Mortiking look much more vicious, cunning, and bloodthirsty--almost like it was about to kill something.) The art itself is good, I'm just not too fond of the its new "personality." (And I actually like how the old one looked like a lizard, though that's just my personal preference.)
Gawd, I was looking at the Spectrum Velosotor the other day thinking it was in dire need of a revamp. xD
Can't make my mind up about the new BR Mortking, the old one had a completely different shape from the other Morts, which was awesome, and the new one fits in more.

I like the old BR Mortiking better. ;-; It looked more vicious. B3 The mouth and the eyes on this one are the only problem. Usually, the slanted, evil eyes made it look so evil.

That is the most gorgeous Velosotor I've ever seen since the BR one. Oh god... I'm tempted to get another Velosotor since I just adore them so much ;___; The Velosotor's artist is, again, totally a god.

The old Mortiking was outdated. It had to be fixed.
i still like it when pets are revamped. any complaints should be made with art instead of words. my two cents.
Wow, first time any of my pets have been revamped and two are hit at once.
I started writing why I don't like these but as it has turned into such a long comment I will put it into the Revamps Thread instead.
Just one thing, at first sight I thought these were both the same species. The Velosotor and Mortiking are starting to look too much alike.
Wow, I love them both. I really -really- love the velosotor, though. <3 I wish I could just replace one of my current spectrums with him.
Personally, I was going to go out of my way to get a Bloodred Mortiking for its old look. Now I'm afraid I'm not so sure. The old BR Mortiking was the first pet for me to fall in love with, and although I love the better use of blood in this one, I preferred- as InvaderJodie had said- the more cunning/calculating look it had in the old version. |:C
I think I'll get a Nightmare one instead, when they come out.
But still, love the blood~ <3
As for the Velosotor there's quite a few anatomy things I see wrong with it. I don't want to turn into a critique monster and crit it, so I'll leave it. C| Not terribly fond of the Velosotor breed anyways!

I have a BR Mortiking.. but this looks too masculine to fill her personality. xD So I'mma turn her into a velosetor.
