The velosotor's hands/feet/claws look like they're in strange positions though... o.O I can't tell what the pose was supposed to be...
Eh, even though it did need a revamp, I wish the revamp resembled the old pose.
I liked the old Bloodred Mortiking but I have to admit the art was very old. The new one looks fantastic! And the Spectrum Velosotor looks really pretty as well. Its a shame I cannot roleplay such species or I'd get one of each xD

Those are both lovely, I'm not fond of spectrum pets, but the velosotor is brilliant, the mortiking is welll drawn too. I loved the old one, but there no mistaking it needed a redraw, very well done on both <3

Everyone is saying that the BR Mortiking looks different, but it looks the same to me. Maybe it's something wrong with my computer? I can see the Velosotor fine, though. It looks awesome, btw.

I absolutely love the Bloodred Mortiking. I've always liked it as a species (like how the Angelic Mortiking is destroying its wings) but never found one that perfectly fit. And now I have! prods Syoochi

Remember that each species belongs to a particular artist (Neither jag nor myself draw the ruffies or turdles, taking your example, so we're not the ones you'd come to for them).
Other species are -always- being worked on, and I assure you everything that needs updating or touching up will be in due time. 
Both of those are incredible. I hope the Darkmatter Velosotor is as pretty as the rest have been.
While the old BR mortiking was one of my favorite pets on the site, there was no mistaking its need for a redraw. And while it may have lost its sinister stare and sadist grin, this new redraw of pure ferocity does Mortiking's great justice C: Sure, I have my quips with it, but, its well drawn and doesn't demean the species in any way 
I also love how posotively giddy the spectrum velosator looks. And I LOVE that even though its spectrum, this Velosator looks more MALE 
I think its the muscular neck and firm jaw that some of the other velosators may be missing. The left arm draws my eyes a bit, I think its just the position, but over all this Vel is love C:
There's no denying the art is great, but I wish they would start repairing things that actually need it. Although I do understand that it's easier to just plow through one species at a time so that everything about them matches the update. <3 Let's go, Graveyard Velosator!
The Turdle and Ruffie are way behind the times. Maybe they should be shown love?
xD I wish we could have a news post just asking us for what should be updated next, or which pet needs more colors, etc. It'd be nice to see what everyone thinks and might be helpful. You never know. ;D

Now that I think of it though, it kind of scares me... the BR Montre is in the same pose as the common colors, but I like it like that and it's drawn well

My poor Kane I prefered the old bloodred Mortiking myself, and may consider recolouring, or getting used to this one one day.

Blehee, I dont really like those pets, but they look okay to me. I am still waiting on the reborn Celinox...
I do think the new BR mortiking looks good, but I also loved the old one. I personally think that rather than redrawing some of the colored pets that already look great, maybe some redraws should be done for some that are in their same basic "common" stance but just colored bloodred or spectrum or whatever. For example, the BR antlephore is still in it's original design (not even it's new design) and is just simply colored red and black. Give those pets some cool new pose and make them look as awesome as you've been redrawing the other ones lately, they deserve it too!
That spectrum velosotor is a HUGE improvement. Great job! 
Wow, I adore the velosortor. 
I'm not really fond of the spectrum Velosotor...at all. The pose looks somewhat awkward, like the poor creature is stumbling around clumsily. The grin looks strange to me. Less happy and more...embarrassed really. It's rendered wonderfully, no doubt about it. I give Jag my props. But the pose and facial expression just don't look right to me.

Bloodred Mortiking is a nice revamp and I pretty much love it. However, I do have one complaint. Why is the claws on its left hind leg facing upwards? The first claw looks normal, but the last two on that foot are facing up. Looks like they got broke and never set right.
I love the Spectrum though, its very nicely done
It took me a while to figure out where the Velo's left (its left) front limb was, but now that I've figured it out it makes me want to laugh.

The Velosotor -- ADORABLE. The perfect Spectrum pet. And the Mortiking is HAWT. Bloodred pets are meant to be that vicious. Great job, artists!
