FINALLY!!! You can Restore Your Account if your account was deleted.

Make sure to read the directions very carefully, and only use this page if your account was deleted. This could seriously mess up your account if you use it incorrectly, or fill in information incorrectly.

If your account was deleted, and you can't remember most of this information (in which case, I feel bad for your pets :P) contact a UA and verify that the account is yours, and we will give you information you need to restore your account.

We have also set up a system that will allow us to monitor users, and make sure that no more accounts are deleted.

Thank you for waiting for this release, and we're sorry for taking so long. :)

Just out of pure curiousity, does this work for lost activation codes as well? I know it's been asked a thousand times, but a friend still hasn't received it... We think her previous account was deleted as well, but we honestly aren't sure :/

Ugh.. I have been trying for days to get my account back but aparently my memory is worse then I thought.. I cant remember any item I had except what was in my wardrobe.. I know my pets and the aprox amount of sP i had in my vault but.. Meh.. I want my babies back! I dont care about sP or items, just my pets...

I'm so happy to have my account back, I'm still missing my GA and my sP though, I had two months for the GA and over 4 mil in sP, I hope they fix this part soon.

I have the same problam as FunkyBlackCat06. But I can still see my pets and everything, but my password/email was changed in the glitch and the change password email won't come and when I try to restore my account, it says my pets are somebody elses, when I can see perfectly on my old account! Help please.

I cant fill the form out because i did not have any items in my vault or inventory. I can only reach five points because i only had 5 pets. All my items were in my shop and gallery. I want my stuff back, how can i get it if the form does not give me anything to work with?

slight prob for me i guess my acount wasnt deleted but i cant get on and it wont send me my password im more than happy to wait for a solution but i was just woundering if i missed anythig that im suppost to do and been waiting for no reson ......

Did everyone that didn't get their sp have a pin set on their vault (points) ? Just curious beacuse I did have mine set and just had a hard time unsetting it although it finally went after 5 or 6 times.

Besides the missing sp issue which I understand will be adressed later. I had a problem losing a gold account medal. Since my gold account didn't come back I used a gold account medal that I had in my vault It said it worked but didn't. I hope I am not stuck in a loop that won't let me have a gold account now.

I have to report to anyone who might still be wondering that I did the transfer, and I kept my new account items. I had them on hand, so I don't know what might happen if they're in your vault. But they're certainly still here. All pets, pets treasure items, plushie collection items, items in wardrobe (not the avatar itself though) etc have been correctly transferred. sadly, the sp in the bank did not, but admins have said it will be addressed later.

I think I lost my account. But Im not sure. It doesnt say anythign besides "You must be logged in to do that!". I cant tell if my password was reset, or my account deleted, or what. And who is this UA? Maybe you should provide a link or contact information to some things. Now I have to go search for THAT. Not only is my account messed up because of your weak security, bu now I have to go through all this trouble to get it back.

I am not sure what to tell me friend. Her issue is not that her account was deleted, she just can't log in no matter what she does. She was setting a PIN on her account when she was logged out suddenly. She tried logging back in and the page went nowhere. She has deleted cookies and various other steps with no luck. I have contacted a few staff members on her behalf and still nothing has been done to help her. It is to the point where she is thinking she better cut her loses now. We are both very frustrated and not certain to what she should do. If there is anything she needs to do could someone please let us know. Thank you!

It can only transfer pets if you have a vacant space, if not you would lose them I imagine.

So, this, from what I understand, is only for deleted accounts? ..and thats it?..what if like, you made a new pet in the new account, and already have ten on your original, what happens then?

My GA was also gone and when i activated my 3 month GA medal it didnt work and it took my ga medal... cries

Also our posts counts did not return or our joining date, as well as missing sp in bank and on hand.

I am sure this will all be sorted out soon, very happy to have my account back! Thanks again Subeta Team!

Yay! I got all my pets back, kept my new pet because I had room, kept all the items I put in my inventory before restoring, so yeah i'm confirming it worked for me. Alas thank you. -tips his hat-

Sorry about your problem, Pandemonium.. EVERYONE, you need to take everything out of your trades/vault/wardrobe/gallery and put them into your inventory, and they won't be deleted, the accounts will MERGE. Unless, of course, you want your things to be deleted, then by all means, leave them where they are.

And I doubt you want that, so start putting everyting in your inventory. EVERYTHING.

And darnit, I only had two pets, and I don't think I had anything in my inventory. Wonderful. =_=

@ Remember: When you click & enter in a pet that goes to someone else's account it says "that's someone elses", please try back in an hour. So, no one can take your pets.

Waiitt. Just curious - what if someone pretended to me some one else; who isn't deleted and just copy pastes the account pets and then says restore - and they get the word to go into that account??? Just curious because if so that is REALLY dangerous. .-.

Okay, I just did the Account Restore thing, and my whole inventory is EMPTY.

I had over 620 items there from the new account, awaiting for my old account stuff to be merged.

Does it take some time to process?

If we put all of our items from our new accounts in our inventory, then restore our old accounts, the two inventories will merge, holding both new items and old items, even if there are more than 50 items.

Please pardon the double post. I wish to state that I had all my items (inventory) restored. They were added when I restored my account. To clarify, The items that I got on my non-restored account carried over to my newly restored account. The only thing that wasn't restored was sP which is mentioned on the account rescue page. This is in response to the pose by puissance0. Also my GA wasn't restored but I know they will make it right.

I wish to thank the tireless work of the Subeta staff. My account was restored successfully. It says I created my account 3 weeks ago when I was a member of Subeta for over 2 years. I was wondering if there was any way to restore this. I'll consult a UA for the missing sP in my account. All in all, I am happy to have my pets and my account back. Thanks again. It really means a lot. Keep up the excellent work! It is obvious to me that Subeta genuinely cares for its users. In other words, you people are awesome!

so everything, including items, we have in our new account will be deleteD? that is so unfair, it's been more than a month (perhaps two?) that we have them and i've accumulated lots of items. please clarify this, tell me if we lose the items too.
