FINALLY!!! You can Restore Your Account if your account was deleted.

Make sure to read the directions very carefully, and only use this page if your account was deleted. This could seriously mess up your account if you use it incorrectly, or fill in information incorrectly.

If your account was deleted, and you can't remember most of this information (in which case, I feel bad for your pets :P) contact a UA and verify that the account is yours, and we will give you information you need to restore your account.

We have also set up a system that will allow us to monitor users, and make sure that no more accounts are deleted.

Thank you for waiting for this release, and we're sorry for taking so long. :)

I'm having a problem too. I used to have a pet named Galassia, but somebody made that pet! So now I'm down to 4 pets, and I remember an item in my vault, but all the on hand items I have no idea. It's been like a month and I don't remember.

So, since it says to only use this is your account was deleted...what do all the people who had their acconts hacked & e-mails & passwords changed do? I want my account items & pets back as well & I am reluctant yo try with the warning that this could really mess something up if I do it wrong, etc.

I have tried twice to get my account back. I only had two pets, therefore when I put their names in I still have 4 points before I can get my account back. When I go to items and type in my first item that I remember from my inventory, it tells me thats someone else's please come back in an hour. I know I had the item. I had just got the item before I lost my account. what do I do now?

I think that anyone with any questions or problems should probably contact a User Admin...you have a far better chance of getting a response and the help you need then commenting in a news post. If you dont know how to contact one scroll down to the bottom of any page, click Staff and they are there.

Um, I have a question about this new restore account: It says if you make a mistake you are done for. Well, wha tI am wondering is, my account was hacked & the password & e-mail changed to something I don't know. But, my accoun tis very much still there...I just can't get into it. Can we use the restore account for that? Also, what do we do about collections, trophies, shop & gallery items? I cannot possible remember all of that. Is there no way for administration to just send me a new random password to a new e-mail & then I can change it to something of my choosing when I am finally able to log in? I can see my old account. Is there no way to log back into it?

This is weird. I put the name of my old pet I made in where it said pets....but it STILL saids: "someone lese's pet" BUT I KNOW I made that pet. What is going on? Any ideas anyone? Thank you

What I was going to say, what seemed to disappear was. Does this merge accounts and lets me keep both, because i have so many more items i needed now than before, but I miss my old pets while liking my new one.

i think the sp problem would actually take them sometimes...as i think it is easier to fix our items and account back......

anyhow...subeta prove that they are doing all they can so just bare with them ok......

pokes my 11k sp lol...sure miss it when it was in the mil lol

It worked for me, but like others I no longer have the sP I had on hand and in my vault (and it's not an amount I want to lose. ) Is this being looked into?

I'm glad to have my account back though, even if it's no longer gold account.

Yay! Thanks. Now it worked. The only prob is that I have only 5k sp instead of 100K as I had before. But I'm glad to have my pets and items back. I'm very thankful and happy.

I have more or less the some problem as KeturahRose. I created a new account with my old username and when I try to restore it and type in my pets it says someone else owns them already.

petite_papillions, tell your friend to try clearing her cookies if she hasn't already. Worked for me when I had the same problem. If it doesn't work I don't know what else she could do... :/

A friend of mine has a different problem. She was trying to set a PIN during all the drama that happened on the site. She was logged out of her account after setting the PIN and is unable to log in to her account no matter what she does. It has been over a week and she is really starting to get disappointed. As far as we can tell her account hasn't been deleted, she just cannot log in. Is there anything she should do to get this problem resolved? Thanks in advance.

a question: I found my old acct thru looking up my old pets names..BUT where it saids whom owed by...It STILL my old account name, BUT spelt differently,meaning same name but with Caps in places. WHat does that mean? I want my old account back if possible. Thank you

new info...i think they had fixed our account ( shop items/gallery items/trade/inventory items/and vault items) the rest are still in process.......so lets wait for the latest update on this....and thanks again subeta team for the hardwork

I didn't use my old username when creating my new account, and I still got my stuff back. I also got everything in my vault back, without even mentioning the stuff I had in my vault - I only typed in six of my old pets' names.

So do you -have- to remake your account with the same name (if availiable) as before? Because I made this account but it's different as the other one and I don't want to try restoring it if it won't work.

Also, what if you don't remember all your vault items? I had two pages worth of stuff and only remember a handful. Will I only get that small amount that I remember back?
