FINALLY!!! You can Restore Your Account if your account was deleted.

Make sure to read the directions very carefully, and only use this page if your account was deleted. This could seriously mess up your account if you use it incorrectly, or fill in information incorrectly.

If your account was deleted, and you can't remember most of this information (in which case, I feel bad for your pets :P) contact a UA and verify that the account is yours, and we will give you information you need to restore your account.

We have also set up a system that will allow us to monitor users, and make sure that no more accounts are deleted.

Thank you for waiting for this release, and we're sorry for taking so long. :)

yay! They said they will be looking into my missing sp soon, in the mean time I am VERY, VERY happy to have my pets back (and my huge galleries!). Subeta is wonderful to care so much about us. A lot of other sites wouldn't care if our accounts got deleted.... Thank you very much Subeta Staff.

DebiLee PLEASE answer my question. I even tried creating a new account since I can't get into my rightful one, and it said something about automated registrations. I want my old account back, am I going to be the only person who doesn't get helped, figures, it's just my luck, one more thing I should have expected. I'm not blaming staff, but I've had nothing but bad luck lately, and this is just another string of it.

It might work with a new user name but it also might not so it's recommended to make an account with the same name. If it worked for you on a different name then that's fine.

I'll ask this in as many places as I need to. I recreated my old username weeks ago, shortly after I lost my account, now I can't login to it. When I request the password I get the link in my email, but when I click it I get this message: Your reset hash is no longer valid for one or more reasons as listed below: You must use the same IP to reset your password Please, how do I fix this, I'm using the same computer I sent the request from, so what am I doing wrong?

I didn't know the name had to be the same as the old account, and I restored my account. Now all my sp is gone. I had 34mil sp in the vault. What do I do?

I see that some things that didnt stay like age of account, blue building completions, GA time, and other small things. My points arent there from before either. But it seems all my stuff as in items, shops and pets are all back. Even my little css coding is still here. =P

It works now. You need to make a new account with the exact same user name as your old one (mail me if it was already taken in the meantime). As far as i know yes, you will lose everything from the new account to get your old one back, and trying to transfer the items wouldn't work.

I just restored my account. Things I had in my inventory from before I restored was merged over. But if you still get anxious maybe have a friend hold your important items?

I dont know if this would techically be allowed Tricia - but why not just make a new account to restore your old one too. then transfer your items from this one that you dont want to lose, and then disable it.

I have only a doubt, hewn... It says that we lose everything in the actual account when the vanished account is restorate (we gonna lose pets, sps, etc) it means that we lose everything in the vault?

I'll be very grateful to you if someone can explain me this point. I don't want to lose the items I caught in the giveaway

When I enter a pet name and hit "add pet" it does nothing yet when I enter an item name and click "add item" it tells me that I have to enter a pet name first, etc. ^^;
