For those of you who have a Deleted Account problem, don't worry! We are still working hard on a solution for you, and it should be available for you very, very soon.
If you haven't already, make a new account, as the process with include moving everything from your deleted account, to your new username. (If it's taken, we apologize, there is nothing we can do about it :()
Make sure to have this information handy, as it will be required to process a request:
- Old Username
- Old Pets
- Items in Inventory
- Items in Vault
- Items in Shop
- Was the account ever warned, either verbally or officially?
There may be other information required, but those are the main points that will be needed. You don't need to list every item that you had, just enough to verify that you are indeed who you say you are. :)
And when I have him submit a query because he "forgot his pw" it doesn't send 
Now, onto the next question; where do I put the needed information to get my pets back? 
But I can't remember most things, too
