The Custom Wearable Sale is HERE!

From now through Thursday, December 16th, all custom wearables in CW shops are 25% off! This is the perfect time to stock up on those CWs you've been waiting for, to do some holiday shopping, and to just browse and have fun!

If you are a CW releaser, you'll continue to receive a profit at the non-discounted price. Also -- the queue will be looked at tomorrow and Wednesday as well, so you have a little more time to get those last-second items in!

Note: There is going to be quite a bit of lag on Subeta with everyone looking through shops. Please be patient! Be sure not to hit your browser's back button or to double-click the purchase button if it seems like it's taking a while!

Forgot to add I literally have only been able to buy one item due to how broken the pages are. I'm on mobile but it also happened on the laptop. I do hope it gets sorted soon so I could pick up a few new cws, I've had a rough month it's time to do some destress I hope? We will see. Thanks for the sale please consider extending it bc the issues, it'd be lovely. Or maybe you could be extra nice and send us a small csc gift? It doesn't need to be voucher level but it'd be super nice to the users that can't afford much this season. Thanks for reading lol

Too bad I can't hardly see any previews. I've logged out and back in numerous times. I go to a shop and can only see one or two pages of their items. Oh well, saves me money!!

For some reason I could follow the link yesterday after release of the news post. I have a hinch I had just relogged in to change avatar and read forums. However, now I notice that CW shops are also on new.subeta! Not funny.

I've been able to buy a few CWs on my WLs but sadly many of them are not for sale.

I haven't had too many issues when I browsing CW's. On occasion images on a page would be broken, but I'd just refresh the page and it loaded the images just fine. I bought 2 CW's and it went smoothly. I can't complain and I appreciated the sale.

While you can't filter the CW shops by WL, you can go to your Wishlist and sort it by price. This won't really help you with obtaining items from official releasers in their shops. However, it will sort what other users are selling the items on your Wishlist's for :).

Is there a way to sort by wishlist? I would love to be able to look for my favourite things. And by price. I only have 200 CSC and would love to be able to pick something up if possible. Navigating the CW shops is a little overwhelming.

Sometimes CW shop shows that there are 1418 pages in the CW shop but when I tried going from the last page to first, it stopped after about 10 pages and then showed there were a total of 709 pages?? Then the images stopped showing unless I did a refresh each time. I restarted started from page 1 then and it shows 1418 pages total again. I cannot get too far before it acts up. Wish there was an easier way to get to the middle shops to to see what is there. I have yet to make in through more than 100 pages either direction. I'm sure I am missing a lot!

Sometimes the CW shop search loads, and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the items load and sometimes it doesn't. If I'm in the middle of just trying to browse and a get a page that won't load refreshing the page completely resets the search so I refresh to a random page which is extremely frustrating when you're trying to search page by page on a layer just to see what's in the shop.

CWs are fun, as well as helping fund the site. This event is to help people stock up on gifts, plus get more for their artwork (for artists) or interests (for releasers). If we just wanted money, we wouldn't have done anything off. Or we'd have gone with something like fifteen percent, it's a pretty common figure for discounts but we decided to do more for a reason.

For those asking for a wishlist sorting feature, something I figured out: Go to your wishlist, sort by rarity, then click on the last page. Your r200 items should be on the very last page (and for me personally the hover previews have been working on those pages). You can then search the names of the items individually on the CW shop.

Just pushed up a change to the way that previews work in the CW shops -- now they're each individual built avatars, with the item being previewed on top. Imagine as if you'd put the item on in the wardrobe. That means we just need to load your avatar data (Which we've already done) and the image for that item.

Previously, we made a request to our server that built the preview image. Now we can generate it in the browser, and that should speed up the preview building a ton, and alleviate a lot of the stress that was building up on the servers.

This is not a good look for something that's supposed to be a big sale to fund the site...

How are your paying customers supposed to be comfortable spending their money here when the site doesn't even work for a sale? This isn't even an event for fun. The only purpose is to generate income for the site.

Just got on about 7:10pm CST and seeing about 50% of previews not loading at all. Saw Galaxia's comment from before I got on saying it was fixed. Refreshed page, revisited, tried incognito. On Chrome 96.

I'm used to 1-2 per page not loading, that's been something I've noticed since I started 6 months ago. Waiting until tomorrow to start shopping for now.

(Not meant to be a negative post at all- I just want to report in case it helps with the troubleshooting)

From what I'm seeing, anything I was thinking of buying is sold out already, and the site isn't working. Typical.

I'll wait until tomorrow to try and see if it's worth my time to try or just wait for the pawn ship and hope that works. Serious question, WHY did this keep happening with any event? There is no other site that I've been on that has issues with every single event.

We're still monitoring the server and making sure it's leveled out before restoring previews in the CW shops. However, they are working in general Item Lookup (for instance, shop search and then hovering over it from there). This is a temporary measure!
