The Custom Wearable Sale is HERE!

From now through Thursday, December 16th, all custom wearables in CW shops are 25% off! This is the perfect time to stock up on those CWs you've been waiting for, to do some holiday shopping, and to just browse and have fun!

If you are a CW releaser, you'll continue to receive a profit at the non-discounted price. Also -- the queue will be looked at tomorrow and Wednesday as well, so you have a little more time to get those last-second items in!

Note: There is going to be quite a bit of lag on Subeta with everyone looking through shops. Please be patient! Be sure not to hit your browser's back button or to double-click the purchase button if it seems like it's taking a while!

We're working on this, and will be doing so throughout the day!

We know this is frustrating! Unfortunately we have to work around some server issues from earlier in the month, but another server is being brought online and it is in progress to make the site a fun and working experience overall.

Also want to report issues on my end. New site won't work, CW shops don't work, forums won't work - cleared caches, can't tell if I'm logged into the new site at all.

I appreciate all the admins are doing, especially on a weekend.

Prices don't seem to be appearing with the discount... Is all this lag just for us to pay regular amounts with the assumption we're getting a deal, or is this another glitch that needs fixed?

are the 25% already displayed in the store or only deducted at the time of purchase.... ? it took almost 4 minutes until the cw store was displayed, that's too prickly for me to buy... we know that such events always "limp"... i prefer to wait for the pawn store, because as it looks right now all 578 users have the same idea and are in the store... if the loading already takes so long, how long do you have to wait until the purchase is completed...?

For anyone that has clicked to buy an item in CW shops, but it just keeps spinning, take a look in your inventory after a few seconds. I found the item I bought showed up in my inventory even though the purchase button was still (eternally) doing its processing thing.

I admit I'm a bit biased, because I'm not into CW's at all. But if it means destroying one of the core social functions of the site, especially during these times with gifting trees etc, I really don't get why CWs should be more important than the forums.

Don't forget to check your Purchase Logs if you aren't sure if your purchase went through. Sounds like some people are having issues not getting the item or not being charged for it too!

The first item I clicked to buy is still spinning. Been spinning for at least 10 minutes. I don't know what to do. I want the item, I tried for it first, but it feels like if I refresh or reload the shop it will go wrong and if I just let it spin I'm not going to get my purchase.

Sorry, but if you already know it's going to cause insane lag, why, really why, continue anyway? Wardrobe and most importantly forums are completely unaccessible yet again. Is it really worth it organising a CW sale, if it means tanking the forums?
