The Custom Wearable Sale is HERE!

From now through Thursday, December 16th, all custom wearables in CW shops are 25% off! This is the perfect time to stock up on those CWs you've been waiting for, to do some holiday shopping, and to just browse and have fun!

If you are a CW releaser, you'll continue to receive a profit at the non-discounted price. Also -- the queue will be looked at tomorrow and Wednesday as well, so you have a little more time to get those last-second items in!

Note: There is going to be quite a bit of lag on Subeta with everyone looking through shops. Please be patient! Be sure not to hit your browser's back button or to double-click the purchase button if it seems like it's taking a while!

Sadly I've missed out on any of the CW I wanted to catch in the stores - all sold out between when I couldn't get in and now. Shame. I understand that the admins are doing everything they can, but this also makes me less interested in buying CSC if I can't use it when I want to.

Please file a ticket if the CSC is spent but the item is not placed in your inventory! I'd say UAs are standing by to help, but it's more like is running around like a champion.

Question, if anyone is willing to answer... Is there anywhere to see just the previews of the custom wearables? I tried using the item directory, but it only allows searching through r1-199. (Asking because none of the item previews are loading for me due to lag.)

I've found if I click on Buy it may keep saying "purchasing" but the item is already in my inventory. So check your inventories everyone.

I keep getting kicked from New Subeta as well. I haven't even been able to browse any CW shop. Whatever I wanted is most likely gone shrug. I don't buy CSC often, as the site is still unstable.

Refreshing the page should not double-charge you!

If the CSC is deducted but you don't have the item in your inventory, please file the ticket for reimbursement.

I'm getting the eternal "Purchasing..." loader as well. Should everyone with this issue submit a ticket (after checking their inventory and purchases page)? Or just wait and see if it goes through eventually? I'm scared to refresh or try it again just in case it gets bought twice or something.

(And thank you to all the site staff working right now to get this stuff sorted out, as well as replying to our questions here to keep us in the loop.)

Unbelievable lag that is not worth the fight. I'm seeing CWs I really wanted that are sold out by the time my screen loads. I give up. I keep continuously getting kicked from new subeta and I've been trying for two hours now to access any part of the CW shop hub. I appreciate that things are being switched to a new site, but these events need to be postponed until it is going to run smoothly for sure.

Keith is working on some measures now! Previews on the CW shops specifically are being disabled to help with server load, and other steps are being taken as well.

Both the forums and CW shops work off of New Subeta, which is having another server spun up to handle the load and help both issues. It is in progress!

this has something of a time loop. every year you know what's coming with a new event, but you wait all day to find out that nothing works. after a few days we get the message, "sorry, it didn't work because --- but instead event xxx will be extended". i really don't understand what the admins mean when they say the bug has been fixed and next year we have the same thing again. lumi is the month with the most forum group activities and they don't work ? cw stores and they don't stop loading ? purchases and the stuff doesn't arrive ? so many comments and no one says; yeah, it worked, works great. why do you always start events that don't run smoothly ? don't you do a test run before the start ? well, at least such incidents bring people together, has something too. here it's late at night and I've been waiting all day, for an event that I'm looking forward to for weeks and that again does not go.

I was able to inlock the things on the first site - seems like that since I already sold some But all the items that I have in any other site I can not yet acsess. Makes me feel stupid, I should have unlocked them this morning but I wanted to make sure people get the disount once they buy XD
