The wardrobe won’t seem to load item previews when I make an HA. Some items work, but 95% of them do not.
Anyone else having this issue?
I'm not sure if this applies to this thread but I can't see any item previews when I hover, on mobile or desktop. Let alone wardrobe lmao
Hi there! What browsers are you using?
hello! I'm using Google Chrome on both mobile and PC
I use FF on my laptop and Safari on mobile. I was told Safari is having issues with Subeta (the site freezes on it).
The item previews seem to work now. I do get the odd 504 here and there
sorry, update, previews are working fine on my laptop now, but I'm still getting the lil broken icon in the corner on mobile!
The issue I have when I try hovering previews. I log out and back in but the issue comes back. I use Chrome.
If you guys are experiencing issues with the hover previews, try going to preferences and check off the following:
If you have it enabled, try disabling it and if you have it disabled, try enabling it. See if that helps.

Hey, programmer here. If you're having problems with HA previews, it could be because you are not logged in on V2. Please try logging in on new.subeta.net and then try the previews again. (The broken images could be cached, so if they still don't show up after you log in to New Subeta, try clearing browser cache or hard-refreshing the image URL.)
Otherwise, the setting mentioned in the post above will work around this. However, that means you won't see any hexes or salon hair on your HA previews, you will just see your base image and then the item overlay on top.
This problem is occurring because the full image previews are served by the new website, and it uses your current avatar base. If it thinks you aren't logged in, it doesn't know what to use as the base, so that's why the image doesn't load. I will try to find time to fix the preview - to make it default to a neutral skintone when you are not logged in, instead of just crashing. Otherwise, the workarounds above should help, and the issue itself will be resolved when figures out the related authentication issue.
Whew - that was a lot, and might've been a bit confusing, so feel free to ask me any questions/clarifications!
