For some reason, when I got to "edit profile" from the personal drop down menu, it goes to my profile, and the widgets seem like they can be edited, but none of the links do anything when I click on them.

I thought there might be a problem with the layout I was using, so I went through "dashboard" to "profile", to try and remove it, but it wouldn't save any changes I made from there. So I'm kind of stuck now.

I'd say same, plus dashboard won't load, but now I can't see this board either.

Same for me. I tried on both chrome and firefox but my profile cannot be edited. Please, anyone help and look into this.

I can't add, edit, or move sections on my profile.

I have logged out and logged back in twice to see if it was the authentication thing. I have gotten access to the forums, but it doesn't change my ability to update my profile.

I actually was in the middle of editing it yesterday when it stopped accepting edits. Right now if you're on the page where you can input code, anything you put in there and then hit "Submit your Profile" will disappear. Not just coding, but plain text too.

I'm also having the same problem, can't add new section, can't order the sections, can't do anything. :s

This has been happening since yesterday tho. Way before the authentication thing was live. Is it still related to that?

As I stated in my post above and in the second post in this thread, this has been happening since yesterday.

My point is that the authentication "fix" didn't fix it.

I'm having this problem as well trying to edit my profile from https://subeta.net/preferences.php?act=profile (not using the actual widget). I can type anything, hit submit and the page refreshes, but then the changes just aren't saved.

I'm having this problem and it also seems like the table scode I had on my profile is failing too? I had my shops in a grid using the table code for example, and now the lines are gone and they're all mashed together.

hey! i'm also having this issue on firefox 89.0.2 with windows 10, and my samsung browser on my android phone. and like , i can't edit my profile manually from that link either, it just resets after i hit save.

's post made me curious, because I've also been using Firefox 89.0.2 on Windows 10 (as well as Firefox 89.1.1 on Android, which is different from them). So here are the other browsers I have tested and cannot edit my profile:

• Chrome 91.0.4472.124 on Windows 10
• Chrome 91.0.4472.120 on Android
• Edge 91.0.864.67 on Windows 10
• Firefox 89.1.1 on Android after deleting all data
• Brave 1.26.74 (Chromium 91.0.4472.124) on Windows 10

I've also tried:

• Logging out and logging back in
• Logging in from the new.subeta.net
• Changing my pin and logging back in
• Disabling pin for login and logging back in
• Changing my password (with disabled pin) and logging back in

Honestly, at this point, I've probably only raised a red flag to the Subeta Team for all these weird logins. XD

Resetting worked, but I still can't make any edits.

I'm having the same issue. Win 8.1, Google Chrome 91.0.4472.124

Tried to edit profile in edit profile window, didn't work. Tried to edit profile through dashboard, didn't work. Also noticed I've got an old email attached to this account, tried to edit, didn't work. Resetting worked, but now I'm stuck with the default profile (still same old email) , and can't edit that one. (also it has sections from like. 12 years ago showing lmao, can't delete those either. )

Tried logging in through the new api system and emptying cache.

I have the same problem. I sent a ticket and they inform me that will notify the programmers.

I am unable to edit my profile either. Using Chrome version 91.0.4472.124

I'm also unable to edit mine. I was able to use the reset button in my user dashboard but that's about it.
