edit 05/31: the red warnings are still appearing when I click the submit image buttons, but I was able to actually submit the item today

I've been trying to submit a item since yesterday but it just won't let me.

I am 100% sure I have enough CSC and that all fields are filled correctly, but every time I click on the file buttons for the items image and overlay it instantaneously gives me the "this field is required" red message for both images and for anything else I didn't fill in yet. After filling everything the submit button won't do anything besides breaking the images for a second.

I tried cleaning my cache and cookies already. And having the same problem on mobile. Using latest Chrome on Windows 10.

Hi!! As I said in my edit I'm being able to submit the CWs but I'm still getting the error messages in the sections I didn't fill when clicking the image buttons, as if I tried to submit the item with missing information. I'm using Version 91.0.4472.77.

I have also been experiencing this issue, but have not been able to find a fix as of yet. I am currently using Version 91.0.4472.124 of Google chrome on both my laptop and my tablet, and clearing cookies and cache doesn't help, as Dude mentioned.

The specifics of it are exactly the same, though in this case I've been trying to resubmit from a denial (though I tried to submit a new CW to see if it was just resubmissions that were broken, and still the same results):

I have just developed this issue, after having successful submissions 2 days ago. I have tried Chrome Version 91.0.4472.164 and Firefox Version 89.0.2 without success since late last night. Everything is filled out correctly, but nothing happens when I click Submit.

ETA: I have already cleared both caches, restarted PC, etc.

I am still experiencing this issue. I have also noticed that when I click the 'Terms and Conditions' and 'Artist's Copy' boxes, the same thing happens as when I hit submit. I'm experiencing this issue as well... Submitted 3 things the other day just fine...and went to sneak in one more and I'm still having the same problem as those above. Its like the submit button is BROKEN 0.o You press the submit, nothing happens....Every single field is field out and or checked (not getting any red boxes)

All of my fields are correctly filled out, artist/my copy etc...there's no blank boxes...this ain't my first CW rodeo haha :)

For reference: Google Chrome is up to date Version 92.0.4515.107 (Official Build) (64-bit)

one of my items refuses to submit though 2 of the item from the same artist/different color submit fine lol so I have no clue :( the artist is going to try to redo it for me to see if its the file but I've never had issues with their items before so I'm not sure.

I have a backlog, so I tried another new CW by the exact same artist. That one went through, but the other new one doesn't. Submit button doesn't like my new ear mod. ):

that's the exact same problem I have...for that particular item (its one of my new sparkle moons) the submit button is broke broke broke...nothing highlights its like its not even "clickable" lol XD though 4 or 5 other moons from the same artist/same time I got the other moon submitted just fine. Its quite annoying and I'm feeling like this is something on subeta's end vs. the artists lol

Just for giggles I tried a recolor (lipstick) and that went through too. It's really got me frustrated because I have a recolor of the ears planned, to release for a birthday, but I was trying to get V2 base color submitted first, you know?

yep I feel you...honestly when the one wasn't working, I just thought NONE of it was working...but I kept trying for like 2 weeks and finally I decided to try with a different item/artist and that went through so I was like GREAT, then I tried to submit the one giving me trouble and realized it was that specific item that was broken. Its extremely frustrating and doesn't seem like staff really care at the moment for those few of us that have this problem...if everyone had this problem they'd be working to fix it but the few who are having trouble is no big deal lol

I thought the same thing, and have been trying over and over for a month. I'm as convinced as you are that this is a back-end issue and not a thing that JUST the three of us somehow have in common outside Subeta (OP's issue seems different because of error messages appearing).

....then again I remember the autopricer. >_<

yeah its a bit annoying. And I'm positive its not just 3 of its....its probably more but they haven't spoke out or asked or managed to find this board....so yeah lol :P I bet there's a ton more or at least a handful more. But its definitely on subeta's end...now if they'll just fix it.

Any luck yet? I had both the CI and overlay tweaked a bit with no luck. I am so baffled and frustrated.

ETA: Just tried a recolored version and it worked. Sadly, my original version will not be the one I wanted, but at least I have ears, finally. Hope Jessi approves them tomorrow. ^^

I haven't gotten the edited/recolor of the item yet so I haven't been able to really try lol

So sorry your tweak didn't work =/ I'll probably lose a recolor I paid for if the artist can't get it to work which sucks :(

My artist isn't charging for the version we can upload until we can get it onsite, thankfully.

God, I hope yours works! Paying for a thing you can't release is pretty sad. I'm so sorry. <3
