She's not going to charge me to try and edit it to get the site to take it...but I imagine if it doesn't take it the 2nd time she's not going to waste her time over and over, just sucks for me to have to eat the cost lol XD I mean my other moons worked so its fine but I'd really like all of them to work lol hopefully you can get yours uploaded at some point. Not that anyone cares that we are struggling lol

I'm glad she's willing to work with you, since it's a recolor. Maybe a tiny color tweak will get it onsite for you? I don't know what I will do if I can't get the silver ones onsite tbh.
Yeah, we're out here in the cold with this issue. If it was just me I would be blaming myself, and I would certainly appreciate knowing how I can fix the issue or have them fix it.
yeah! it was a surprise recolor and for some reason the site does NOT like it =/ its weird because its the same type of file/done at the same time as other colors that have made it through fine? lol :P and that would suck on the silver not getting on site :( And yeah it does seem to be we are on our own with this issue...honestly if my artist redoes/tweaks it and it still doesn't take I'm attaching the images to imgur and giving them to Jessi via a ticket and seeing if she can figure it out =/

Hey I was made aware of your issue recently. That is really frustrating and I'd like you to be able to submit CWs too. I understand it isn't just the error itself, but it's also frustrating since they can be time sensitive (like birthday releases) and involve real money payments too.
I apologize that I haven't had much capacity for this lately - the past few months have been hectic for me since I got my first full-time job (!!) and I'm still figuring out how to make more time for Subeta in my new routine. I do plan to post a proper update on my situation once things have stabilized more.
Anyway, let's see if I can help you out.
Your problems do not seem to be the same problem as OP's issue, because you aren't seeing error messages on the form fields. You also aren't experiencing Kabbalah's issue, right? (https://gyazo.com/9f1ebcd666cf56e6c2b8ef6afab8b8db)
Are you both experiencing the same issue as each other?
Here's what I understand for your issues so far - please clarify if any of this is incorrect, or if you may have more information:
For Yuki's problem:
- It only happened with a specific CW's files, and you were able to still submit other CWs
- You were able to submit this CW by changing the image files (which ones and how exactly?)
- Nothing happens when you click Submit - meaning, the Submit button is still clickable, it doesn't change to a loading state, there are no errors or weird behavior on the form fields - they're still filled out exactly as you filled them out?
For Starmates' problem:
- Same things as above: it only happens for specific CWs and you're able to submit other ones, and there are no error messages or weird form behavior - just nothing happens when you click the submit button, it doesn't even go to a disabled or loading spinner on the button?
- Is this only happening when you submit recolors?
To give some background on this issue: we've had very rare reports of this in the past, since the new system was released, but they've always seemed to fix themselves - in most cases, the submission would go through if the user kept trying it, without even changing any of the CW files or information.
I've also tried to reproduce this in the past - with the exact browser version, image files, etc - but with no luck. So it's been very tricky to get to the bottom of this, and we are not sure why it suddenly started to happen more often in the past month or so.
Still, there is always something we can try... So let's clarify the details and go from there.

since this afternoon, clicking on submit a CW, I get a blank page. I have tried clearing my cache, refreshing the page, and also letting the page just load but nothing has fixed the issue.

I am currently using the latest Chrome version. I have also attempted to do this in Firefox and received the same issue. User is Brinny I am logged into the new subeta as well.

thank you so much for getting back to us! I imagine with a full time job things can get hectic here! And I just looked at Kabbalahs screen shot and that's what mine does too. like I can click over and over and nothing happens and sometimes it does the same thing as Kabbalah's video does. I had like 6 moon recolors from YueXing....there is one moon that refuses to be submitted...everything is filled out...its just like the submit button is broken and won't go through....so I tried other moons from the same recolor batch and those ones went through just that particular color will not go through. No spinner buttons, nothing disabled, just the submit button won't go through for whatever reason.

Could you try again now and see if the submission form goes through or still has errors?
I traced another issue back to an update that was made around 25 days ago. That seems to line up with when your particular issue became more common. So since that is (possibly) fixed now, I'd like to see if there's any changes in the problems you're experiencing.

Got it, thank you! In Kabbalah's gif, the overlays seem to flicker when they check the checkboxes too (for terms and conditions and artist copy) Does that also happen to you, with the checkboxes?
I want to try submitting the form from your account - just to see if I can trigger the same glitch or not. If I can, that would be the best way to debug it. Could you send me the EXACT info you're filling out the form with, for that one moon recolor that won't go through? It might be easiest to email me the image files: bug @ subeta.net (You can also email me the other information if you don't want to post in publicly here. Just let me know.)

yes! My overlays for the CW also flicker when I'm trying to click the submit button.
And sure I don't mind you trying to submit from my account! Do you want me to email you the name/recolor name etc and the files themselves so you can try to submit them? I totally can do that! :) I'll email since it would be easier attaching the files/CW itself lol :) I appreciate that you are just looking into it! Greatly LOL so I don't mind doing any steps to help fix it LOL <3
