Went to the trees and picked the snow/ice covered one like I do every year.. Except it wont show up when i go to decorate it. I saw thenote on the page about clearing cache, so i did that. Still no tree. I'm a bit bummed cause I like decorating the silly thing. :(

Same here. Chose the Atebus one.

Windows 7, Opera 72.0.3815.400, which has always worked for me.

Cleared cache, etc. No luck.

I also picked the snowy tree and it will not show up, I have tried chrome and firefox and cleared cache in both. I was looking so forward to decorating my first tree.

Edit 2: IT WORKS IN INTERNET EXPLORER OF ALL BROWSERS WHAT. If you still have IE on your machine, try that guys.

Update: using the Pale Moon browser I was able to finally decorate my tree.

Oh well, I only have access to Chrome, Firefox and Edge. No tree visible in any of them, but the default position of the lights and popcorn chains give a good idea of where it's at. Let's all attempt to decorate invisible trees and see what we get! It shows up fine in the Background preview on my Chrome browser.

I have tried Chrome, Fire Fox, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Internet Explorer and NO TREE shows. I give up, this is a bummer because I love decorating the tree. Now its not the same. Every year I have the same problem but manage to solve it, but not this year. I have cleared all cache and nothing. :(

I use an iPad and can’t get any ornaments to save on the tree. I want to try some of the new ornaments.😢 I think I might have fixed it. Yay!

Same issue; clearing the cache got the tree to show up on the decorating page, but when I went to try and apply a background I just got a broken image over and over no matter what I tried. Using google chrome, and I got the atebus tree.

My tree shows as a broken image on my profile and on the page to select a background. I can decorate and save it no problem, but it won't show anywhere but the actual page for decorating. I cleared my cache three times and restarted my browser, so I don't think that's the problem XD

It doesn't show the presents anymore either. I chose the Centropolis tree.

Trees were showing when I chose one, and showed up on the decorating page. I was able to begin decorating with no issue. I decided to choose a backdrop before decorating, but the preview for backdrops was a broken image. I chose one anyway, thinking it wouldn't matter. Saved my tree. My tree appears as a broken image on my profile. Removing the backdrop and saving my tree did not solve this issue. Clearing my cache did not solve this issue.

I'm still able to view, decorate, and save my tree, it's only the profile image that is broken.

chiming in that I can't see anyone's trees on their profile, nor my own on mine though clearing cache did work for letting me decorate. maybe check this thread out.

Tree backgrounds don't work either

Also have the issue where I can decorate/save my tree after clearing cache, but every tree is a broken image on the site for me, including mine.
