I cleared my cache and picked the artic frost tree. It does not show up. I am using windows 10 and chrome.

Hi there. Two days now and i don't have a tree image.Anyone see it wandering around please return it to me.It hasn't been decorated yet as i cannot see it. :P windows 7 chrome. My friend February30th is also not able to see their tree. :( My tree just showed up and i decorated it.Thank you :)

Using Windows 10 and Chrome. My tree originally wouldn't show up but it finally did today but decorations seems to be a bit broken. Some show up and others won't? Its very strange.

EDIT: After multiple cache clearings I was able to get most of the decorations to work but its weird that its so finicking about it.

My tree is only showing up on my profile page. When I go to decorate tree, only the backdrop is there. I cleared my cache twice already and that didn't fix the problem.

I am using Windows 10 and chrome.

I had a tree and decided to pick a different one and it won't load the 2nd tree that I decided on. It also won't let me remove ornaments from where I had saved the ornaments placed on first tree. I tried removing the ornaments both ways by xing them out and clicking on "Remove ornaments by clicking here". They go away and then reappear. Now it says that I have to PAY to get another tree but I never received the 2nd one.

My tree is not showing at all, and I have tried 3 times, even paying the 250k fee for a 3rd tree, but still no luck. I have cleared the cache several times but no luck. I am using Chrome, Windows 10.

The new ornament wasn't working so I cleared my cache and now my tree won't show up (same with my HA). It was fine before then, so it seems clearing my cache actually caused the problem.

In fact, now no one's trees or HAs are showing up. Chrome, Windows 10

No trees, not mine or anybody's and no HA's :( Using Apple and Safari. Will try on Chrome but I'm not holding out much hope......no luck.

Same as above for me. I use Safari, but Chrome also gave me the same results. I've cleared cache. I also cant access wardrobe anymore.

Tree never loads at all on chrome, and only the backdrop loads on firefox. this is the one time of year I play on the site so it's a bit depressing that it doesn't work.

I've been having trouble with my HA and tree since all the errors last night. I think my HA finally came back but still no tree.

My tree also isn't showing up, tried on Safari and Firefox and nothing, also cleared my cache/etc and it didn't fix it.

I was able to see the tree until yesterday when I couldn't even get in Subeta for most of the afternoon/evening. Now I am able to do most things but the tree no longer shows up to decorate. No trees showing on HA for self and others. Also, loading forums and wardrobe is taking longer again. I use Firefox browser on main computer and Safari on iPad. Same issue on both.
