All trees are broken on every part of the site, and most HA's are also broken. Super sad, this is my favourite time of year on subeta :(

Either my tree shows or my ornaments show...and if they both load then it won't save lmao

My tree and most HA's don't show up either, I've tried a hard refresh first, and then cleared my cache, but neither of these helped. I hope it gets fixed soon, I love decorating my tree with all the cats. lol And I love seeing other people's HA's.

Edit: Now I can't even see my own HA.

My Tree is also not loading. I have cleared my cache and reset my comp. Nothing working. My Avi is now missing as well and I cant access my wardrobe, it tells me Im not logged in

I cleared my cache and had my tree back, but it's disappeared again. Clearing cache isn't working this time. :(

Okay, so now trees are showing as broken images, and I can't see any HAs. I cleared cache a couple times...

same issues here. when the site first came back last night i could at least see my own HA for a while but other HAs and all trees including my own were gone; now i can't see my own HA/tree or anyone else's anywhere on the site even when clearing cache, switching browsers, etc. just getting broken images. i've been able to see my HA in the sidebar briefly a couple of times, but it's usually gone within a few page clicks. )':

Glad I decided to check the forums, as I am having the same problems currently.

I cleared cache about 2-3 times and still can not get my tree to load. Also experiencing the human avatar problem as well. I only use Chrome, Windows 10 which has worked for me in the past.

Hope this gets fixed soon.

IM also having a lot of issues with teh site. Cant log into "new Subeta" at all. never have been able to. Cant see my avatar, cant see my tree, cant see most of the graphics on teh site even after clearing cashe

same issue as above, cache has been cleared multiple times but my tree still isn't showing up. i was able to see the different tree options to pick one, and my tree background is visible, but the tree is invisible on the decoration page. decorations also aren't visible, and all HA images are broken.

I was able to pick a tree, and I can still see the others available to be picked on the pick a tree page.

The tree does not show up on the decoration page or the backgrounds page, and other than the icons you use to pick your background, I am not seeing a background at all either. The decorations are also not showing at all.

Additionally there are other images missing for me too on the site, such as the avatars in this forum and several icons that I have no idea what they are because I am new to the site are only showing a "broken image" icon where I should be seeing something. One example is whatever picture should be showing up next to the message that tells me I need to take the tour of the site, is showing a broken image icon instead.

Clearing cache, cookies, data did nothing to help at all. Could any of these issues have something to do with the cause of the crash?

I have tried Chrome, Firefox (which is my default browser) microsoft edge on my computer, and also chrome on my android tablet (I had the worse time signing into the site on that one)

For some reason, your avatar is the only one I can see.

Same issues here. Can't see my tree or ornaments or other people's avatars. Most images are just not working.

My tree does not show up at all on my profile. It has been this way since December 1.

When I go to decorate my tree, there is no picture of a tree for me to put decorations on.

I'm also experiencing broken trees. I think it's probably disabled due to site lag, but unsure. Hoping it comes back so we can get all those lonely trees stuffed. <3

I can decorate my tree but my current tree as well as my past history of all my old trees only shows up as broken images ;-;

Still no tree..nor can I see anyone else's. Is everyone else still having the same problem still?

I couldnt get my christmas tree to work on google chrome but it worked on Microsoft edge. confusing but hope this helps!
