Look! I was not the first to complain this time! Such a proud moment
Shop 1 - completed all the steps but only priced about 1/2 of the items Shop 2 Went through all the steps and then "priced" o/o Shop 3 was in a loop of loading the shop items then going back to zero. I switched browsers and it looks like it might be doing something differently
EDIT Shop 3 seems to have well and truly completed but I did it in Chrome which is where I did shop 1 so IDK what
Haha. Ok so, did you get stuck on the step "sending items to server"? Or you got stuck on the step before that, the "loading shop items" step?

It was loading shop items - step 1. It would run through that and then just go back to the very start where it wanted me to click the button to begin.
Sunday Edit: All 3 shops priced today with no problem.
I'm getting stuck on loading items too. It's been hit and miss over the last few days. Sometimes sticking for hours and other times going through no bother.
I've just changed it so that it loads a smaller number of items at once, which should decrease failures for this step.
If it gets stuck on the Loading Items step, please try closing it, waiting a few minutes, and trying again. If there is a shop that is consistently getting stuck on this step, please let me know which specific shop it is and I will take a closer look.

I don't normally have a problem with my shop loading but tonight the autopricer is just sitting there not loading the items. I've refreshed, closed and restarted multiple times but it's still stuck. Guess I'll give up, do some quests and try again later.

As I said in my last post, could you please let me know which specific shop is having the problem? I would like to take a closer look at the problem you are having, but I need that information to do so.

Both of my shops (Pineneedles and Pineneedles 2) are having this issue as well

I'm taking a closer look now, and this ended up being super helpful - I see a JavaScript error that is causing this issue. Turns out this may be a coding error and not a lag issue after all. I am working on a fix right now. :)

I'm using chrome my shop RAYZA15 was autopriced with 1800 ish items Step 1 worked fine Step 2 seemed to work way too fast 5 seconds it is never that fast Step 3 0 / 0 Complete although green bar is full and I got the side bar notification to say it was done
looking at my shop the new items are NOT priced.
I wish I could go back in time..
The issue causing it to sometimes get stuck on "Loading Shop Items" (Step 1) has been fixed.

Your Shop: Sassys Shop-mart it says its loading the item list and nothing is loading to the price list to auto-price items
my shop (https://subeta.net/user_shops.php/shop/40157) is also not autopricing. it hasn't been priced in several months, i just activated my gold account a few minutes ago.
same here. after clicking "load shop items" for my shop called circle of ghosts, and waiting for the items to finish loading, no items appear in the list.
I also noticed that in the main page of my shop, the ascending/descending arrows for the "price" column are missing; not sure if related but seems like it could be.
None of my shops are AP. On step one it looks as if the items are loading, but nothing shows up after it completes. There is no list of prices. Then on step 2, same thing. The options are there. but no prices or items show.
I also noticed a problem with both my shops Anxiety Den and Several spiders tap dancing to ABBA. This is how it works for me:
- works normally, although a bit quicker than usual
- shows 0/0 for about a second, then it jumps straight to 3.
- I autoprice. The screen showing the loading bar for how many items have been autopriced already appears. It shows 0/0. The sidebar shows the alert that autopricing my shop has finished. None of the prices in my shop have changed. When I go back to the autopricer page, I get the option to autoprice again for 25 CSC.
