how long will it take?

TY for the fix, but for me it's a little too late in the day to file a ticket on time. I probably won't be on much longer today. :S I'll try again tomorrow though!

I've been speaking with a UA about this issue who is online right now to handle these as they come in. We understand it's time sensitive so we're aiming to get through all of these asap!

But if it's still too late, I get it, and I am sorry again for this inconvenience :(

It's one day, the items will be there tomorrow to price ;P but thank you for fixing it within the day :)

In the second and third stages, are the user prices supposed to be blank? My current prices are not showing, just the lowest and highest prices. Does that make sense?

if you click on your profile there are clicks to your shop. they can just do that.

Checked both my shops again and still showing nothing for current price so I don't know whether it's safe to autoprice now or not.

Bug, thank you for the quick fix. I just waited a day b/c of other things I had to do. One day was not a big deal, in the scheme of things. It works this morning, even though "Current Price" was blank during the three step process. I verified all items were priced by going to "Edit Items" and looking at the price field for them.

I am concerned that no prices were in the "Current Price" column. I use this field to ensure the new lowest price for each item doesn't have a lot of disparity compared to the current price for that item.

is this fixed?

It looks like mine priced fine, but on the preview screen it showed all of the prices as positive - it was not loading the current listed price of any items. It does appear to have priced accurately, though!

I am having the same issue. My current prices are blank, all prices show up in green and +, even though a lot are lower than what I have them listed at in my shop. (I had to view my shop to compare.) Also, underneath the items in "update items" doesn't have the lowest price listed anymore.

All my prices are in the green. I guess a lot are experiencing it.. :(
